Ubicación inmejorable, hospedaje básico
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable. Buenos amenities en la habitación.

Cons:

Comunicacion terrible con el personal, señalización insuficiente e indicaciones precarias para acceder al parqueadero y hasta para ubicar el hotel. En general creo que es la mejor opción de hospedaje en el santuario, pero no alcanza para ofrecer una experiencia superior sino básica.

Nos tocó una habitación sobre la fachada y se sentía el ruido, me imagino que sumó por la llegada de los caminantes que van a la iglesia.

Es muy cerca, pero tienes cosas por mejorar, sugerencia: colocar en el restaurante una cafetera y agua caliente para ofr

Está muy cerca del santuario, y su construcción es nueva.

Cons:

Es muy ruidoso, no se porque pero todas las voces de la calle se escuchan en las habitaciones.

El agua caliente nunca funcionó.

Lo mejor de la zona 👍.
Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicacion son lo mejor . Es la mejor forma de disfrutar con calma de la iglesia de las lajas.

Cons:

El precio es alto para el colombiano promedio y aunque es un hotel con detalles elegantes y en madera , podria ser ligeramente mas economico para que otros pudieras gozar de la excelente ubicacion del hotel .

Sin Pensarlo volveria a tomar esta habitacion es lo mejor
Pros:

Todo esta bien, La ubicacion es Inmejorable, el desayuno excelente, solo sales y ya estas ahi,
puedes quedarte hasta tarde y sabes q pronto estas en casa

Cons:

La puerta del bano no cerraba y se mojaba un poco.

Para personas adultas con problemas en las rodillas talvez podria ser dicicil subir pero hay habitaciones abajo

Economic and serves its purpose.
Pros:

The hotel is the closet to the Virgen de Lajas. It is still a trek to get to the basilica but definitely the closet. The breakfast is very tasty and satisfying. Albeit the beds are made of marble you do get a good night's rest perhaps from the exhaustion of the trek? There are no elevators so be forewarned after climbing the mountain up if you get your room on the fourth floor it is another hike up to your room. Staff is minimal, same young lady who checked us in was also the cleaning lady, cook, server and whatever else she ran around doing.

Cons:

When we got to the hotel there was literally no one there. There is a bell you ring, and it calls them. They young lady and companion were not there since the facility does not have laundry service and they were out doing laundry. We suggested they put a sign on the door saying will be back soon for we walked around looking for a different entrance with my 80 year old mother going up and then down some steep steps. The rooms are close together and you hear everything. We had one night all to ourselves but the following night a large party of partiers did not stop partying til one in morning.

The possibility to be present in the sanctuary so near made up for all the inconveniences.
Cons:

No staff present, no drinking water, sometimes no shower water, more than 20 m8nute wait for warm water to come to the shower, no chairs to sit on except for a few in reception, breakfast was good, cooked on the spot but the same every day. The hotel is spacious but the rooms with more than one bed leave room only to sit on the bed. It is rather secure, but four flights of stairs to the top floor, no lift of course. No hotel or hostall is closer to the sanctuary. It is not economical although it is very decent.the
