El colchon esta muy duro

La puerta del bano no cerraba y se mojaba un poco.

Para personas adultas con problemas en las rodillas talvez podria ser dicicil subir pero hay habitaciones abajo

Las camas no son nada confortables, son muy duras

When we got to the hotel there was literally no one there. There is a bell you ring, and it calls them. They young lady and companion were not there since the facility does not have laundry service and they were out doing laundry. We suggested they put a sign on the door saying will be back soon for we walked around looking for a different entrance with my 80 year old mother going up and then down some steep steps. The rooms are close together and you hear everything. We had one night all to ourselves but the following night a large party of partiers did not stop partying til one in morning.

Hot water not available!!!!!

No staff present, no drinking water, sometimes no shower water, more than 20 m8nute wait for warm water to come to the shower, no chairs to sit on except for a few in reception, breakfast was good, cooked on the spot but the same every day. The hotel is spacious but the rooms with more than one bed leave room only to sit on the bed. It is rather secure, but four flights of stairs to the top floor, no lift of course. No hotel or hostall is closer to the sanctuary. It is not economical although it is very decent.the

Lo que no me gusto es que no había agua caliente en la regadera, la administradora amablemente nos ofreció ir a otra habitación para bañarnos, sin embargo igual salió fría el agua a los 2 minutos. Y ya no se volvió a calentar. Otro punto desfavorable es que se debe pagar en efectivo, pero eso si lo sabía desde un inicio.

staff were most unhelpful with check in. a long way to walk to find hotel, instructions should be given or better signage.

Extremely firm mattresses in most of hotel. Like sleeping on floor. Coffee and breakfast not available until very late, 8:00 am. Too late for folks with other plans for day

I had reserved a single room. The bed was hard as a rock! The space in the room was very tight, just enough space to walk around the bed. There were people in the reception area talking and laughing until midnight, the noise traveled to the 2nd floor so it made it hard to sleep. The lady at the reception was very stern.

Doesn’t have in site parking, accessing the property with a vehicle is actually very hard and sketchy on a moto. Staff seemed uninterested in tending to me, wifi was terrible, bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a concrete floor and there was a very bright flood light beaming into my room 24 hours a day. Very overpriced for what it is. And be sure to bring cash there’s no ATM any where near the property, you have to go into Ipiales for cash.

No complaints.
