The beach was a complete disaster. The water was filled with disgusting slinky stuff that ruined the entire experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The air conditioning didn’t work, so we had to resort to using a fan. To make matters worse, the customer service was completely inadequate. We couldn’t get our order fixed, and the guy at the front desk, who claimed to be the supervisor, was unhelpful. I had seen another person in all black walking by, and I asked if she was the manager. To my surprise, she was! I wouldn’t stay at this beach hotel again. The experience was so uncomfortable that I think it was because of my race. It was a horrific experience.

Everything AND the amazing staff. We were so well looked after. Felt like home. Spent a week there with our Shih Tzu who loved her stay there and the chef cooked some delicious meals for her. They are sooooo accomodating Thank you SLS Cancun. Nos vemos
