Everything AND the amazing staff. We were so well looked after. Felt like home. Spent a week there with our Shih Tzu who loved her stay there and the chef cooked some delicious meals for her. They are sooooo accomodating Thank you SLS Cancun. Nos vemos

Cons:

La vasca idromassaggio non funzionava, un dettaglio piuttosto inaccettabile per un hotel a 5 stelle. Un’altra nota negativa riguarda l’area piscina e il beach club: già dalle 16 risultano completamente in ombra, rendendo impossibile godersi il sole nel pomeriggio. Le camere sono gradevoli, ma nel complesso non offrono nulla di particolarmente memorabile o all’altezza delle aspettative, l’unica eccezione riguarda le finestre della camera che sono molto grandi.
