Large hotel, located a bit far from the city center
Pros:

Large hotel, located a bit far from the city center. There are no shops nearby.
The hotel itself is clean, beautifully decorated with stained glass windows.
My room was very large in size with a large double bed and work area.
There is a kettle and tea accessories in the room. In the bathroom, in addition to the usual cosmetics, there was a bathrobe.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant, you can eat - sausages, scrambled eggs, cutting vegetables, cheese and sausage cuts, pastries.
There is a car park in front of the hotel.
Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, employees wear masks.

quite a good place but surely doesn't deserve stars
Pros:

i've stayed in the hotel for three days in November for an international forum. The bad thing about the hotel is staff. Unfriendly, rude and seems that they are always bored. While the accommodation and house cleaning service are good. It is necessary to mention that I would be setisfied if the hotel had 3 stars, but for claming to have 4 stars they should work harder. I've been to 3 stars hotels way better then this "4 stars" one.
I can tell only about breakfast cuz our lunches and dinners were in other places. Breakfast was good with wide variety of choices conveinient for every taste.

No surprises
Pros:

Apparently best for business stay in Ryazan.
Good: guest parking, gym (opens early, nice variety of equipment, though small room), air conditioning, nice staff, clean towels.
Not so good: hot water isn't really hot, not a lot of healthy food at breakfast, coffee is crap, mattress old, interior design old-fashioned.
Tips: water cooler 3d floor, ironing room 9th floor, use newer iron.

Minimum shower
Pros:

We had some problems with finding the address, but found it. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from the city center, near a park. Our room was average, with two beds, each about 90 cm wide. We slept well. The breakfast was good. The staff speaks English. Parking in front of the hotel is free. The internet is free and fast. There was a problem with the shower, not enough water pressure (on the sixth floor). It is possible to fill the bath but it will take some time!

Fair good hotel
Pros:

Accommodation is well - in the downtown, so easy to get anywhere. Rooms are clean and there is everything needed.
But breakfasts (buffet) are poor, there are some problems with parking - in the evening was hard to find a place to park a car.

Selección del tipo de habitación
Pros:

Good Property
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a desolate city in otherwise. Above the usual standard The hotel is very close to the center but still very quiet. The breakfast and the food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. even if the equipment is rather simple. Flat screen TV and Broadband Internet is available.

Disappointing
Pros:

We had to go to Ryazan, Russia to attend a function. We stayed at the Congress Forum hotel in Ryazan considered to be the best in the city but our experience says otherwise.
Except for a couple of receptionists nobody spoke any English.
From the outside the hotel looks quite neat and pretty with ample parking space but inside it was another story. The room we stayed in was cramped and the garish furnishings made it look cheap and rather vulgar. The toiletries were substandard and the rooms were not cleaned properly. Almost every day the card keys would not work and we would have to go back to the reception counter to get them fixed.
There was a decent gymnasium that we could use but no swimming pool.
The buffet breakfast was horrible and if there were good restaurants close-by we wouldn't have bothered to eat there at all. There were very good restaurants and bars in Ryazan but they were quite far away. The staff at the breakfast stations were unhelpful and unfriendly and would just stare in front of them like they were waiting for you to finish and get out.
Although we stayed there for 6 days in June, the receptionists refused to let us have a late check out and we ended up paying for another day.
Ryazan is otherwise a vibrant city with good restaurants and places to see but the Congress Forum hotel is definitely not the best hotel in the place.

Better than expected but keep your expectations reasonable
Pros:

This hotel is in the city center and is an upscale tower. The room was comfortable, with a good tv and air con/ heat system. Everything was in order. The hotel had a very good breakfast, slightly awkward seating arrangement however as you sit in big wedding style tables with other guests. There is a decent fitness room to get your cardio done. Dont expect a heck of a lot in this city, but this place was more than fine for a night.

Congress Forum hotel in RyAZAN
Pros:

Hello,
generally, for small city, this hotel not bad one. Ruther big room ( i have double bad), small tv, breakfast also ok. But ladies on reception ...soooo slow, thea are three in one place, but work only one, if you order food in a room from restaraunt be ready to pay by cash ! they do not acept for this service credit card ... and do not loose your time and money for spa....if you do not need money, just put it in waste bin, lady in spa do not know how to use equipment, try to sell some products to you ...when you want to have relax, you force to hear the lection about special products from catalogue....
Conclusion - just for short period this hotel is ok, but more then for 2-
3 days - NO !

Good hotel in Ryazan
Pros:

By Russian regional standards this is a very good hotel. Very nice gardens and parking area to the front, spacious reception. Check in was very friendly and efficient. A massive room with modern flat screen TV and a bathroom with lots of accessories like spare toothbrush and paste. Large comfortable bed and curtains that do what they say on the tin and actually block out light.

Only two downsides. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours all the time. Breakfast was very Russian and often dishes kept running out, even hot water for tea.

I will come to Ryazan often and no need to look for another hotel.

Very Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

Stayed for a month and found the hotel very comfortable. Nice room, friendly staff and a small gym made it a pleasant stay.
Found the hotel to be nice and quiet and the rooms very warm.
About 15mins walk to one commercial centre and a good 45mins walk to the main centre.
Only negative was the need to pay the account every three days, rather than one or two weeks.
