the location is good. Staff was also very kind

Cons:

in the room thered was noises from the air conditioning system and I could not sleep well.

breakfast was quite basic. Moreover, being kind of self services, I had to clean the table before having my breakfast, because table was dirty. I can accept if I stay in a guest house, but not at a Hyatt hotel.

Pros:

Everyone behind the lobby reception was just super helpful 👌and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area that matched our expectations. Breakfast was good too 😋. They had proper iron in the room with table tucked in the cupboard.

Cons:

Just a suggestion to put safety deposit box for guest convenience.
