Staff was exceptional from the desk to the housekeeping crew, always friendly and helpful with any requests. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty, which is a great perk. Would definitely stay again when in Boston.
Parking is pricey but to be expected.
I love the view. Very nice place to stay, it was perfect to walk around Boston, very walkable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely staying here again in the future.

The staff was professional and helpful. They were very accommodating and friendly, as well. The rooms were clean and well laid out. It was nice being in the Harbour District, which had a wide variety of restaurants and near many areas of historic interest.
Parking garage was expensive.
Breakfast has been amazing. I had to extend my stay for another 2 days due to the snow storm but it was worth it. The staff here are truly friendly and positive and happy. Customer service was outstanding honestly.

The accessibility room I was in was great!! Even had hangers, a peep hole etc for people in a wheelchair. There was grab bars & a roll in shower. Also to the free breakfast was fabulous and had a lot to offer.
Only thing I would say was if you are alone and permanently in a wheelchair, I don’t know how you would get out the room without the use of your legs because there’s no handicap button you can press or anything, but I’m sure it can be easily figured out!
