Check-in unkompliziert und schnell, nette aufgestellte Empfangsdame. Sehr feines Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr grosses Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt, sehr schöne Bettwäsche, Betten sehr bequem. Fitnesscenter klein aber fein, alles dabei was man braucht. Wellnessbereich ebenfalls alles mit dabei. Abendessen sehr gut.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, nicht kitschig, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Warme Atmosphäre.
Es hat alles gepasst, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wenn wir etwas auszusetzen haben, dann der Preis von Euro 5.20 für einen Espresso, das finden wir zuviel.

there were families with a toddler in the pool area, which was quite disturbing (considering it’s a Spa area for age 16+)

Time of checkout is too early, put some unnecessary stress.
Attitude of reception manger was too strict. Could be slightly more flexible.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Besser geht's nicht.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und in schönem Style gebaut. Der Spa Bereich war mit sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Super leckeres Frühstück.
Check out bereits um 10:30 Uhr. Die Masseurin war sehr unfreundlich. Auf Nachfrage nach etwas mehr Druck, wollte sie uns ein teureres Angebot verrechnen.

I loved that they offered activities for guests. I was happy to discover that they offered Yoga on Saturday morning! The sauna was also very relaxing and I can only recommend the massage. Also if you are into fine-dining I can absolutely recommend the 9-course meal! Overall I had an amazing experience.
