A beautiful hotel in a great location, let down by an uncomfortable bed
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. Breakfast was superb, and the ski locker facilities were particularly well designed. The spa was spacious and relaxing, and the overall design of the hotel is both elegant and thoughtfully executed. Altogether, it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Cons:

The main drawback was the bed. It was quite firm, which in itself might be a matter of preference, but the bigger issue was that it consisted of two separate mattresses pushed together rather than one proper double bed. This created a gap in the middle, making it uncomfortable to lie close together.
We asked about changing rooms, but were informed that this setup is standard throughout the hotel. A sheet was provided to help keep the beds together, but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue.
It’s a shame, because everything else about the stay was excellent. However, at this price point, good sleep and proper bedding are essential. For that reason alone, we would not choose to stay again.

Very special place, creating unbelievable memories from our honeymoon.
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible so much choice. Location being walkable to and from the train station is great!
The proximity to the first lift and town for food is brilliant.
Spa and pool were beautiful - reflective of the full hotel decor.
The real highlight was the restaurant and bar produce - truely incredible.

Cons:

To really really enhance the experience.
The room could have been bigger.
The pool could have had a hot tub.
The view from the balcony could be prettier.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schönes neuwertiges Hotel, schlichter und dennoch sehr gemütlicher Stil. Tolle Lage zu Gondeln und Sessellift.
Schöner Pool und separater Saunabereich mit langen Öffnungszeiten.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut.
Unser Zimmer (401) hatte eine sehr große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Rendl.
Am Abreisetag noch Nutzung der Tiefgarage und Duschen möglich, herzlichen Dank dafür.
