From the moment we arrived, our experience was outstanding. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist. Ramón provided exceptional service, and Dennis also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, the entire team was incredibly kind and professional. The facilities are beautiful, the pools and beach were kept spotless, and the property itself is spacious and well maintained. The food was delicious, and there are plenty of activities nearby to enjoy. Without a doubt, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

Very pleased with our stay at Viña Del Mar Omoa. Staff is so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay rememberable. It amazed me that every two days our sheets and bed covering was changed. Food was great! Beautifully located right on the beach. Pool was huge. Very relaxing vacation.

The check in and out was very easy and the staff was also very friendly.

I booked the deluxe room with a king size bed which was very comfortable and had both soft and firm pillows. AC worked very well although the 32 inch TV mounted on the wall in front of a king size bed was very underwhelming. The room has a mini fridge, but no room safe. Overall comfortable, but the paint was a bit tired and not much decor for the price per night which in my opinion was quite high.

At least breakfast and dinner was included and the first nights dinner, although on a separate menu, was quite good. The breakfast the next morning was also good. However the following night, we ordered exactly the same thing as the previous night and it didn’t even seem like the same meal. The amount of meat and garnishing in the tocos was not anywhere near the same as the night before. Interestingly the breakfast the next day was even better than the first day.

Some things to be aware of is this hotel is a popular place for weddings and engagement parties. It does get a lot more crowded on the weekends with people that buy a day pass to the beach and pool that are not staying at the hotel.

The pool wraps all the way around the main building. It has a shallow side for children and a deeper side for adults. The pools finish needs attention in quite a number of places, but it’s functional. The beach is quite nice and it seems the hotel makes an effort to keep the beach area clean which is appreciated.

el Hotel bastante bien y sus amenidades adecuadas al precio. Me molesto mucho que llegue a tiempo a mi CheckInn me dieron mi habitacion, y a las 4 horas me llaman para decirme que me tengo que salir y cambiar de Habitacion porque esa era para otro Cliente. No me parece ni Ético ni correcto

Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones para relajarse, muy limpias y fácil acceso, la comida muy rica, como recomendación agregar más a la carta entradas tipo típicas para picar. De ahí excelente todo, lo recomiendo.
