Nicht zu empfehlen das hotel.
Pros:

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ungepflegt von außen. Die Außenanlagen runter gekommen. Die Terrasse draußen voll mit Zigarettenkipen. Hotel innen Renovierungsbedürftig, genau so die Zimmer. Alt und verbraucht. Das Bad Alt und verkommen.
Das Frühstück schlimm, 7 Tage lang die gleichen 2 Wurst und Käse Sorten. Das Rührei war gruselig, war aus der fertig Packung. Grau und wässrig. Die Würste wurden mehrere Tage serviert, hatten dunkle Enden. Das Essen von der Karte abends, alles fertiges Zeug aus der Packung. Kein Geschmack.

ארוחת ערב טוב וטעימה

המיטה לא נוחה הריהוט מיושן יום קודם ישנו בקומת קרקע עם נוף ו3 חלונות זה היה נחמד וביום השני העלו אותנו לחדר( אין מעלית) ללא נוף שטיח קרוע . ......ושילמנו יותר

Pros:

Das neue Personal war super und sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Für uns waren die Matratzen im Bett etwas zu hart, aber da sieht jeder anders. Ansonsten sehr schön.

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu. Rewelacyjne położenie obiektu, w ciszy, tuż pod lasem i wyjątkowo piękna i malownicza panorama z okien pokoju. Super śniadanie, znacznie przewyższające jakością i urozmaiceniem podobny serwis w innych czeskich hotelach. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy tam czas, odwiedzając, m.in. Skalne Miasto/Adršpach oraz klasztor w pobliskim Broumov. Dziękujemy!

Mało oryginalnie wszystko mi sir podobało. Nastawienie personelu , uśmiechy na twarzach obslugi hotelowej ,Jedzenie wyśmienite, różnorodne, dania serwowane przez restauracje wyszukane w smaku. Napewno wroce . I to nie raz 😀

To co mi sie nie podobało ma tylko marne znaczenie. Aczkolwiek zostalo naprawione wiec niech pozostanie milczeniem..

Restaurace a snídaně bezchybné. Personál milý a ochotný .

Cons:

Jazyková bariéra. Haldy špinavého prádla vedle schodiště. Prošlapaný a místy i děravý koberec na schodech.Zlomená wc štětka. Špatně odtékajici umyvadlo. Uchycení okenního závěsu uvolněné.
Zkrátka: drobnosti, které by průměrný údržbář dokázal na místě odstranit.
Drobnosti....ale drobnosti tvoří celek!
