Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Non-refundable bookings, will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.

When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 persons, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.

Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.

Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Hotel cómodo y con mucho estilo cerca del centro
Pros:

Es cerca del centro, puedes ir caminando al tren y en menos de 10 minutos estás en la zona turística. Es muy amplio, limpio, luminoso. La habitación fue perfecta, la cama muy cómoda, el baño impecable. Te dejan café y te en la habitación para que tengas siempre. Tiene un restaurante que no probé pero seguro está increíble. Es un ambiente muy juvenil, tipo coworking, tiene espacios comunes con juegos, gimnasio, lavandería y hay noches donde hacen eventos, por ejemplo cuando me hospedé hicieron casino night. Muy recomendado el hotel y excelente relación calidad precio.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage, spannendes Konzept mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, Zimmer mit genialem Blick über die Dächer der Stadt, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück, eigenes Parkhaus (gebührenpflichtig), Kicker, Rutsche, perfekt mit größeren Kindern. Freundliches, junges Personal aus aller Welt :)

Cons:

Insgesamt teuer, Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank haben Restaurantpreise, was irgendwie nicht zum Konzept passt. Die ewig langen Flure und verschiedenen Aufzüge, die nur mit bestimmten Zimmerkarten funktionieren waren etwas lästig.

Will stay there AGAIN! ☺️
Pros:

I always stay at the social hub every time I go to Vienna. I also stayed at their branch in Glasgow. We love it there.

Cons:

There was an issue with the AC but it got fixed.

Absolutně NEDOPORUČUJI. Nedostatečný servis a čistota.

Snídaně za 20 EUR, kvalita dobrá.
Matrace pohodlná a tím pozitiva končí.

Cons:

Pokoj špinavý, stará špína, byl cítit prach z koberce, na poličkách viditelná vrstva prachu, velmi špatné osvětlení. Pokoj má černé stěny u umyvadla, které je v mimo koupelnu, v podstatě u vchodových dveří Černá barva pohlcuje světlo. Mytím u umyvadla se dokonale ruší druhá osoba v pokoji, která by mohla třeba ještě spát.Málo úložného prostoru na vše. Pokoj nás stál EUR 102,-/1 den, což je obvyklá cena za dobrý hotel. Tento hotel se klasifikuje 4-hvězdičkami. To vůbec neodpovídá, toto je tak slabá 2-hvězdička. Byli jsme zde za dcerou, která je ubytování ve sektoru pro studenty. To byla jediná výhoda, že jsme jí byli blízko. Byli jsme zde 3 noci. Osušky nikdo nemění, je třeba jít na recepci a požádat o čisté. Během tří dní nikdo z personálu pokoj neuklízel. Na společné chodbě viditelné špína. Na stěně pokoje špinavé stříkance, na stropě otisky bot. Večeře - nic moc kvalita, ale ceny vysoké. Absolutně nepřijatelné a pro nás nikdy více. Nedoporučujeme nikomu. Kdybychom zde nebyli za naší dcerou, hledali bychom jiný hotel.

aeratore nel bagno assente (probabilmente non è previsto dalle leggi). Condizionatore non funzionava bene ma abbiamo aperto la finestra e risolto
