Nice facilities but dirty rooms
Pros:

The facilities and especially the gym is great. Close to the Ubahn

Cons:

The room was not clean. Everywhere hair in the bathroom, very dirty doors and fridge. We mentioned this by the staff but it wasn’t solved. The breakfast is good but on Sundays very chaotic and busy.

Great place, but managing indoor temperature would be good both for guests and the environment.
Pros:

Place was great nice rooms, clean and with a good breakfast buffe. Also close to tram and walking downtown was about 20 min.

Cons:

The indoor temperature was ridiculously hot, my room was around 25 C. With the AC on full cooling set to 18C i managed to decrease the temperature to 24 C so unfortunately difficult to get good sleep. Really a shame.
