Non-refundable bookings, will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.

Nice staying but with some things to improve.
Pros:

Good staying at the hotel, With a tidy, clean, nice room. The things to improve are for example, the air circulation system which is noisy and it’s lowered down in its speed between 23:00 and 7:00 in the morning. It should be turned onto the normal regime at 8 o’clock to allow people to sleep longer.
The fact that there are not free parking spaces available at the hotel garage but guests have to pay €20 per day is unacceptable in a place like this and in a location like this.
Last thing, The Social Hub and Zen Hotels Should agree regarding the city tax which for the first was 4,14€ and for the last was 2,90€.
Despite these points I mentioned, I enjoyed also the surroundings with the Prater and the university area. Also, the hotel is 20 minutes from the city centre which is good if people like to walk.

I highly recommend it!
Pros:

A very convenient check-in! The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable! The pillows and duvet were excellent! Everything was top-notch! Thank you so much!

Pros:

L'ambiente giovanile, lo stile moderno e simpatico dell' arredamento, la sala comune con diverse postazioni per lo studio o la lettura. Le tende oscuranti della camera tenevano molto bene, non entrava un filo di luce. Buona insonorazione delle camere

Forse il lavandino in stanza da letto potrebbe creare dell' imbarazzo se i conviventi non sono partner

Ottimo!
Pros:

Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura ben attrezzata con tanti comfort, sala svago e luoghi tranquilli. Colazione molto incentrata sul salato, ma le cose dolci si fanno apprezzare. Praterstern è un punto di snodo per andare ovunque con i mezzi.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, ein solider guter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Komplett eigenständiger Self-Check in und -out, war sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen wurde einem aber auch weitergeholfen. Perfekte Lage direkt am Praterstern wo man überall hinkommt. Tolles bequemes Bett mit dicker Matratze, Tolle Klimaanlage, dimmbares Licht, coole Raumaufteilung (Toilette und Dusche waren separate Räume und Waschbecken war im Schlafbereich), nettes Personal.

Cons:

Abfluss hat in der Dusche gerochen und Toilettenbrille sah nicht mehr so lecker aus.. ansonsten war die Sauberkeit aber ok. Frühstück war ok, aber zu Stoßzeiten 8-9 Uhr sehr überlaufen und wurde etwas langsam wieder aufgefüllt, sodass weniger Auswahl da war. Das Personal beim Frühstücksbüffet war fast schon übermotiviert das Geschirr an den Tischen einzusammeln, was schon recht ungemütlich war.
