Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.

Staff not helpful at all! Arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional!
Cons:

My old grandparents were trying to get help while checking-in! Rather than being helped, they were arrogantly ignored by receptionist. Firstly after my intervention, she dared to advise them after I taught her how to talk to customers and behave professionally. Still it shows the lack of onboarding and profesionality of hotel employees!

Pros:

Man hat entweder selbst einchecken können oder wurde vom Personal eingecheckt. Es war sehr freuindliches Personal und 24/7h da! Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und fein. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Große, bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten, freundliches Personal, eine schöne Lobby, große Zimmer – und seit Jahren gibt es in diesem Hotel keinerlei Probleme.

Cons:

Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Das ist sehr praktisch. Ich finde es allerdings nicht so schlimm, den Waschraum zu reinigen; er ist ziemlich schmutzig.

Pros:

Széleskörű választék, finom ételek, különösen friss és zamatos kenyér választék. Tejmentes opciók, kérésre szója joghurt is. Finom felvágottak, kedves kiszolgálás, szép környezet, tiszta étkészlet. :) Fiatalos atmoszféra, ötletes terek és feliratok, kényelmes, magas ágyak. Különleges terek és kedves személyzet.

Cons:

Sajnos a szobába elég hideg volt, bárhogy is tekertem fel a fűtést nem ment feljebb a hőmérséklet 21,5 foknál, illetve először kicsit furcsa volt, hogy a fürdőszoba nincs teljesen külön de igazából tetszett.

Aufenthaltsraum toll gestaltet, sehr modern, jugendlich und ein super Treffpunkt für Backpacker und Alleinreisende. Tolle Angebote für unterschiedliche Geschmäcker.
Lage war super, direkt am Prater.
Bahnstationen waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Bad in Dusche und WC unterteilt. Wasserdruck top.
Schön ruhig. Wir haben nichts von den anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Das Personal war nett.
Preis-Leistung 👍

Cons:

Bad war nicht sehr sauber.
Teilweise sieht man den Zimmern an, dass schon viele Menschen dort genächtigt haben

ビジネスでの宿泊には大満足
Pros:

・スタッフは皆若者だが、イレギュラーな事にも親切丁寧に一生懸命に対応してくれる。（急に紙の資料が必要になった時も、メールして印刷してくれた）
・ジム施設や、無料で24H利用できる洗濯機など、出張の長期滞在に助かった。
・部屋も使い易いかった。wifiも高速。

Cons:

・部屋の掃除が、毎日1800までであった事と、1日忘れられていた日があった事。
・但し、忘れられていた日は、スタッフに行ったらタオルだけはすぐ交換してくれた。
