Very rude
Pros:

That it was by all the food places

Cons:

The supervisor was very rude I was there celebrating my husband birthday me my kids and sister and we knew my sister couldn’t stay but soon as we got in the room the supervisor came in and was like she had to charge up for everybody that was in the room

Always something on every visit. One time soaked carpet from a/c. This time, e had to make our own bed, put towels and all bathroom shampoo/ lotion products away, no trash bags. Could smell the weed from the neighbor in the next room.

Expected more for the price we paid
Pros:

Desk staff and breakfast were great 👍🏻 Beds were comfortable

Cons:

During our 2 night stay the hall & stairway carpets were in desperate need of vacuuming. The toilet was loose on it’s mountings, the shower dispensers we’re low or empty and our window shade was broken and taped so it would t fall down😔

Excellent location and meets our travel needs

Excellent staff who accommodated our requests promptly and professionally.

Cons:

Lack of daily housekeeping. Realized I had to request it. We only stayed 2 nights.

Great hospitality!
Pros:

Hotel is always clean but the best part is the workers. I work in the area and I always stay at this location. Here is a shoutout to Carol, Lisa, Carri, Alison, Khalil, Tiphony, Diamond, Alisha, Melissa and Tay! If you have good workers you have a great running hotel! Some of the nicest people around.
