Desk staff and breakfast were great 👍🏻 Beds were comfortable

Cons:

During our 2 night stay the hall & stairway carpets were in desperate need of vacuuming. The toilet was loose on it’s mountings, the shower dispensers we’re low or empty and our window shade was broken and taped so it would t fall down😔

Excellent location and meets our travel needs
Pros:

Excellent staff who accommodated our requests promptly and professionally.

Lack of daily housekeeping. Realized I had to request it. We only stayed 2 nights.

Great hospitality!
Pros:

Hotel is always clean but the best part is the workers. I work in the area and I always stay at this location. Here is a shoutout to Carol, Lisa, Carri, Alison, Khalil, Tiphony, Diamond, Alisha, Melissa and Tay! If you have good workers you have a great running hotel! Some of the nicest people around.

Great hotel in Central location!
Pros:

Great hotel in a central location. Very close to everything. Beds are comfortable, amenities are good. Just wish the showers had a little better water pressure.

One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. It is probably one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel ever. Lisa did an amazing job of fixing a delicious breakfast with a ton of options. Food was very fresh tasting, eggs were delicious, bacon cooked perfectly. Lisa did an amazing job! Front desk staff is also amazing! Carri was super friendly and very helpful during our stay!

The front desk was unmanned during our frequent evening arrivals. Security is questionable.
The AC unit was noisy and did not seem to work correctly.

Clean, friendly, and breakfast was great!
Pros:

The staff member - I think her name is Carrie? Was honestly the best. She really reant out of her way to help me with my booking. She was super friendly and it was wonderful considering the first time experiencing the good ok southern hospitality!

Cons:

The room I was in had some issues with the outlets and lights. It made it pretty difficult to charge my phone near my bedside... One of the lights near the TV was flickering at a pretty tall crazy rate - can't imagine that would be great for epileptic individuals. We got through it though, I can't complain I wasn't in my room too much!
