Pros:

Location was ok except for leaving the parking

Cons:

The pillows weren’t very comfortable. I would have liked to have had an ice bucket for machine for convenience. The light on the thermostat was a little annoying at night. And the room was lacking my do not disturb sign which would have been nice to have. The breakfast wasn’t that great.

Pros:

Location was easily accessible and there was plenty of parking on site. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The facility appeared very modern and clean in common areas like the lobby/elevator/hallways. My family liked the pre packed breakfast sandwiches as well! Overall a great value for what we paid.

Cons:

No extra pillows/blankets in the room. Sheets and towels had a sour smell to them.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful and so helpful! Location was great with many restaurants near by! Everything was so clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The front entry wasn't secured with only a key card opening after hours, but that was the only complaint!

Very clean, room had lots of space, and places to hang clothes and store suitcases.

Cons:

Lobby was full of people, a kids birthday party was taking place due to the pool being closed for maintenance. Apparently it was family of an employee.

Nice, clean facility. Simple, Scandinavian-like style. Has the best pillows in the industry.

Cons:

I wish that breakfast was provided a little longer on the weekend. They stop serving at 9:00, which is fine during the week, but 10:00 or 11:00 would be nice on the weekend.

Also, no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, which is not a big deal. I guess that's just kind of keeping in their simple clean motif.
