Lovely hotel and great breakfast. I wanted to like it. Truth? Horrible stay. Staff short tempered and rude. No one spoke English. Room super tiny with wet bath. Had to crawl onto bed because it was enclosed on 3 sides by alcove and hurt my knee. safe instructions and jeypad upside down. No TV signal to English channels. I had electric jettle and tea but no cup; when asked for one, guy said no! Had to go buy one. No place in room to sit and drink the tea, no place for luggage -had to leave on bed. Asked for an extra blanket and got a sheet. First two days I had to go to breakfast buffet at a sister hotel down the block. Hotel description says there is a restaurant on site. Not true. Only staff who smiled was the room cleaning ladies. Not recommended for any English speaking travelers. They seem especially to dislike Americans.

Pros:

The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor. The location is located nearby couple of karaoke places and the windows are not soundproof, very loud, not to peaceful for sleep.

The staff are unfriendly, rude and no knowledge of what booking in advance mean. They couldn’t find my reservation, I had to politely asked them several times to look under my name and they kept giving me a hard time. The guy that checked me in wanted to hold on to my passport for security when I already paid for the night. I had to asked him to give take a picture of my passport and give me back my passport, he seemed persistent to hold on to it instead. When we wanted to rent the motorbike for $200,000. They wanted us to paid upfront, we gave him $500,000 and he did not wanted to give us change back. I had to requested for a receipt so we can get our change back later, he doesn’t seemed too happy to obliged. He never explained about the breakfast buffet to us nor give us any voucher for it. He just rudely threw the room card key to us.

The front staff called me at 11:30am to rush me either to book another night with them or to check out right away. The checkout time was for noon, but they kept rushing us. I will never booked this place again nor recommend this place to anyone.
