We were able to reserve two apartments, so our whole family could stay close, which was great because the grandparents came for graduation, and we were more comfortable being all together. Clean, well equipped apartments and convenient location.
Decent customer service but unit was badly in need of a refresh. Every wall, cabinet and trim in the unit was marked up scratched or dirty. Counter tops were clean and furniture/bedding also clean. Convenient location. I would not stay here again.
My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt, pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.
We were given instructions on how to get to the room, but the building was under construction so the elevator we were told to take wasn't active because of the construction. We had some people over and were conversing and I guess there was a microphone in the apartment because we got a text message that we had exceeded a certain decibel level, which felt a little creepy.
This was an amazing experience and trip.
The property was clean and nice. The communication was great, it was confusing how to use the app for access but we got it.
I am an old guy who does not do social media, the staff walked me through the process and I am glad they did. A full size apartment, easy access for covered gared parking in a college neighborhood near to many great dining options. Yet quiet. Whole Foods just down the road one way and a huge store just two blocks the other way.
The host was very understanding.
I booked this from my friend and her daughter who recently had her fingers amputated and was undergoing medical treatment in Dallas to try and save another one of her fingers. There was nothing disclose the black construction going on on the property which resulted in the elevators closest to the room/parking not working. In addition to that there was loud partying all nigbt. When requested to let us cancel the reservation we were denied. For them it’s all about business and they don’t care about people.
Had a great stay! Requesting parking and building acess was alittle tricky but there were detailed instructions and pictures explaining. I would stay again for another 2-3 day visit if price and shorter stay options available.
The apartment was clean and spacious. Great restaurants across the street and nearby. Parking in the attached parking garage was easy, and the designated parking spot was great.
It was a little tough to navigate at first (getting inside, finding the apartment once in the building) but once in the apartment the first time, everything was great. Emails were very instructive just took a little getting used to. One of the elevator banks in the building was not working and the hallways were being painted so we had to navigate around all that.
We loved our stay in the Kasa Apartments.
Location was great too.
Highly recommended!
I will never come back! Elevator to our unit didn’t work so we had to go up 3 flights of stairs or use another elevator that was far away from our unit. Second night we couldn’t even to our unit for an hour the door to the stair way doesn’t have a knob from the outside and both elevator to our unit wasn’t working so we had to use a different elevator that took us to different units and we just had to wander around til we found a stair case that led to another stair case that would take us to our unit and there is no one on site to help. They never fixed elevator water pressure is a joke just got a trickle from the sink not even enough to wet my wash cloth shower wasn’t much better. Walls are paper thin we were facing the street so heard traffic and bars all day and night no tv’s in the room to drown out the sound if I didn’t pay all this money I would of just called it a loss. I can’t believe they charge what they do just to offer someone a horrible stay and an inconvenience to even get to there unit.
it was difficult at first trying to access room and garage door. but once you figured it out it’s easy to use.room was spacious and had a full kitchen. I recommend this place for events.
Very modern and clean
You can tell they want to do a good job but it’s just not quite there yet- I never got a parking pass so I was locked out of the hotel several times, my tub took 2 days to drain after I took a quick shower but the space is nice and big the bed is comfy the location is great they just need to do better with directions, check ins and maintenance
I should have listened to the bad reviews which ultimately was my experience. My stay at this hotel in Dallas was a nightmare, mainly due to the confusing logistics and accessibility issues. The building itself is like a maze, and getting to my room felt like a long, unnecessary hike—especially when they could have placed guests closer to the elevators. For such a complicated layout, I expected better planning to make navigating the property easier.
On the plus side, the room was overall clean, but there were noticeable stains on the carpet and curtains. Maybe it was normal wear and tear, but for a rented space, I expected it to be better maintained.
Their communication via text was timely, which was a small relief. However, that doesn’t make up for the frustrating experience of simply trying to get around. The entire process of getting guests in and around the building without unnecessary hassle needs serious improvement.
Would I stay here again? Probably not.
Once we figured out the door code it all went great ! Nice room comforter bed. Pillows were way too big though and couch small. Great kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Great location too!
Loved it. Convenient location, with lots of food and entertainment options surrounding it.
This property was great for my short trip! Restaurants downstairs below the apartments and other walkable places. Easy access to parking and the apartments. Very communicative staff! Would recommend!
The place is very nice. But the check-in process is cumbersome.
