Vi var mycket nöjda med allt på hotellet. Nära till kabinbanor,bussar och centrum. Blev mycket väl mottagna.

Das Hotel ist recht frisch renoviert. Lage im Ort sehr gut. Man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin.
Das Frühstück ist gut.
Der Aufenthalt war schön.
Mayrhofen hat uns aber nicht ganz so gut gefallen, da gibt es schönere Orte in der Nähe.

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es leider keinen einzigen Haken für die Handtücher. Ansonsten nichts weiter.

Pros:

Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So konnten wir beispielsweise ein Gepäckstück problemlos hinterlegen, während wir auf einer Hütte übernachtet haben.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend - eine sehr große, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Besonders gefallen hat uns die liebevolle Anrichtung, sowie das frisch geschnittene Obst fürs Müsli.
Die Zimmer sind für eine Familie perfekt und konnten vor allem durch die kluge Raumaufteilung überzeugen.

Pros:

Superb staff, attentive to every detail, both in the room and at breakfast. The breakfast was varied, with the option to request scrambled eggs, an omelette, etc. There was coffee, a wide selection of teas, water and juices available to drink. A pleasant, quiet location, yet still close to the city centre.

Pros:

החדר היה מאובזר ומסודר. מיקום לא רחוק מהרחוב הראשי.

בהגעה למקום היה סה״כ בסדר אבל לא מסביר פנים, נראה שלא דוברים שם אנגלית או שהתקשו מאוד לנסות להבין אותנו, הקבלת פנים הייתה קרירה ולא מסבירת פנים.
שיח מאוד קונקרטי, לא היה הסבר על הפסיליטיז של המקום, מלבד החדר אין כלום, לפחות לא נאמר לנו דבר אם יש משהו מעבר, אם אתם באים עם ילדים קטנים אז אני לא ממליצה כי מלבד מגלשה מאחורה אין משהו מעבר או אופניים או שירותי כביסה ( אנחנו זוג עם ילד בן 3 שמטיילים כמה שבועות באוסטריה ונזקקנו לכביסה) שאלו כמה פעמים איפה אפשר לעשות ושלחו אותנו למקום שעושה ניקוי יבש ולא רלוונטי..נראה שאין שום רצון לתת עזרה לתיירים, או כל דבר שהוא מעבר בסוף מצאנו שירות שעושה את זה חיצוני. החדר היה נעים חדיש ומסודר ומאובזר אם כי לא היה כל ניקיון בחדר במשך כל השהות.
לא סיפרו לנו דבר לגבי שירותי ווי פי - כדי לקבל מידע שלחתי הודעות דרך הבוקינג, שם ענו גם מאוד קונקרטי .
המקרר התקלקל וכל המוצרי חלב שלנו והדברים שהצטרכו קירור התקלקלו לגמרי, ( קנינו הרבה אוכל שיהיה לנו לארוחות בוקר וערב) שבאנו לקבלה לא היה שם אף אחד.. הייתה עוזרת נקיון שם שעזרה לנו ( היחידה שחייכה אבל לא דיברה מילה באנגלית ובסוף תיקשרנו באמצעות הטלפונים וטרנסלייט) היא גם תיקנה לנו את המקרר.
אחר כך ניסיתי לבקש מצעים חדשים עבור הבן שלי שברח לו בלילה, גם שם המבטים של העובדת בקבלה הייתה מאוד מופתעת מהבקשה כאילו זאת הייתה בקשה חריגה, הפרצופים לא נעימים.
נראה שלא ניקו מתחת לרהיטים, כמו מתחת למיטות או לשולחן…
וגם לא החליפו לנו מגבות כל השהות :(
בשורה תחתונה לא נחזור למקום כזה וגם לא נמליץ. מעבר לחדר היינו רוצים להרגיש שיש תחושה שרוצים לארח או להיות נחמדים לאורחים.
גם בצ׳ק אווט לא היה אף אחד בקבלה
