Great breakfast, friendly staff and great views. It was a real treat waking up each morning and looking over the glittering sea. Get up early enough and you can stand out by your pool and watch the sunrise.
No major complaints, but if you enjoy using a hotel gym then you may be disappointed with this one. Very small, with limited (and rather poor quality) equipment.

The staff, mostly the reception team and Elsa, received us with a smile and took care of our luggage and everything we needed during our stay.

The property gives you so much privacy to be able to enjoy your own space without the interference and disturbance of other guests. It is family friendly and great for honeymooners. Elsa the duty manager was always very charming and pleasant. Always ready to help and have a chat during breakfast, plus give suggestions of things to do and where to go. Nelli was amazing and Godsent she was the best concierge and very good at her job. She helped organize , plan and book my reservations to every beach club and restaurant making it hustle free for me and giving me the full experience of what Mykonos has to offer in terms of luxury and class. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever they were called upon. I truly had an amazing time at this property and would definitely recommend it to other people looking for a serene, quiet environment to stay away from the loud party scenes.

Elsa is a great person and she is very good at her job welcoming and helping the guests, in addition the stuff was very helpful and very kind.
I did not like that they gave me a smaller room than what I reserved without informing me and without offering better price. After my complain they changed my room the next day. Poor wifi.

I did expect a bit better by the breakfast. No a la carte menu and eggs were in my opinion not great but the variety was there. Cold coffee and fresh orange juice was a bonus. The pool was amazing and I wish the glass protection could open for some welcomed breeze
We recently stayed in a Junior Suite with Sea View, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The view of the beach at Kalo Livadi is absolutely stunning – truly the highlight of this hotel and the reason we would consider returning.
The breakfast, although limited in variety, was tasty and satisfying. It’s clear the kitchen puts effort into what they serve, even if the selection isn’t very extensive.
In summary: the location and view are unbeatable, and the upgrade was a lovely gesture, but better maintenance and attention to detail would elevate this property to match its potential.
That said, the hotel amenities need serious improvement. The towels were very worn out and should be replaced immediately — it really takes away from the overall experience. Additionally, our private pool was not cleaned at all during our 5-day stay, which was disappointing. We also noticed that the indoor furniture had stained fabric, which made the space feel a bit neglected.
Personal was very friendly , that makes you feel at your Home , the view is one of the best view in the world , breakfast was delicious . Come back again for sure .
