Beautiful views and brilliant staff
Pros:

Great staff, all very helpful from start to finish, can’t do enough for you. Views are lovely. Food is nice and reasonable prices for lunch and drinks. Location is away from the hustle bustle which is what we wanted. Room and terrace were very nice and spacious

Staff were rude and uncooperative
Cons:

Didn’t tell us they had downgraded or room until we queried and refused to refund us the difference. Gave us credit in the restaurant of £40 a day but if we didn’t use it we lost the money. So we lost out on money in the end.

Pros:
