This is the best hotel with the nicest staff ever. Bed was extremely comfortable, food amazing.

Pros:

All staffmembers were too good be it reception, room service, security , gym etc.

Cons:

Food especially dinner curry ( non veg mutton curry or chicken curry) must have mix of north n south indian dish to cover all types of guests. E.g. could be less spicy n mix of north indian cuisines.

Fantastic and luxurious place to stay in Bengaluru
Pros:

I was treated like gold and the staff is incredible. I needed very strong wifi for a presentation and they made sure someone came to help me. The food, the room, the whole hotel was exceptional.

Cons:

Too much perfume in the main lobby! Less scent!

New year celebration at Grand Mercure
Pros:

Had an amazing experience for new year party along with family. Pallab was extremely helpful. He also helped me recover a lost bottle.

Also the new year party was very family friendly. Breakfast and gala dinner was amazing too.

Pros:

Ms.Enakshi helped us with the details of everything, right from rooms to the services available. She was also instrumental in checking out formalities.
Rest of the hotel staff as well as housekeeping people were very supportive and courteous as well.
