お部屋をグレードアップしてくれて、フロアのバーと同フロアで便利でした。部屋も広く、バスタブもあるお部屋で快適でした。到着が22時を超えるため、事前に連絡したらチェックインがスムーズでした。

Cons:

到着時間帯はカウンタースタッフが1人のみだったため、カウンターに誰もいない状況でした。鈴とか、客が来たことを知らせれる装置があるとよいと思います。

The perfect hotel for wine lovers and food connoisseurs
Pros:

Breakfast was Michelin-worthy but may be light for those who prefer a buffet. Loved that it was served with sparkling moscato. The front desk staff was quite helpful. Special shoutout to Chris (?) who was very nice and attentive to us. He took the time to show us to our room himself all the way on the 8th floor upon check-in. And he even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to take home when he learned a birthday happened the day before. :) Loved the complimentary all-day coffee, tea, snacks and the two happy hours every day of course.

Cons:

Just that there was no toilet for guests near or accessible to the lobby.
