Top, fantastisch, geweldig!
Pros:

Toplocatie voor skiers, rechtstreeks vanuit het skidepot van het hotel de skilift op, gewoonweg fantastisch!
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met veel variatie en keuze.
Leuke bar en prima restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel!
Zeer nette kamers, heel goed onderhouden! Ruime parkeergarage met oplaadmogelijkheid.

Cons:

Welness is het minst, een echt zwembad zou een enorme surplus hier zijn.

Good stay in a smart corner of ski Alberg area with a broken kitchen experience.
Pros:

Nice new hotel in a smart place connected to Ski Alberg region. Quiet livation, confortable rooms. Cozy room, well thought ski room, spa and lovely interior design.

Sorry, at the moment there is something awfully wrong with the kitchen. We had halb-pension for 3 days and couldn’t take it - ate the last night outside of the house in another restaurant.
Gave the feedback at first night but did not change much - the food was not ok. The duck at first was not chewable even if you tried really hard, the grilled liver on the second night was burned at one side and the white fisf was completely unseasoned. Plus the sides are completely tasteless and dry. Also the serving - the food on the plate looks like it is fallen there randomly and it doesn’t look appetizing.
I’m sorry, but the overall experience with the two dinners ruined the experience at the moment. Everything else is nice, the room is cozy, spa area is comzy, the lobby area etc is well thought but you need to do something about the kitchen. At the moment there is something terribly wrong with it.
