Das Personal war nett!

Cons:

Ich muss Ihnen leider mitteilen dass ich die Nächte nicht durchschlafen konnte, da gegenüber direkt am Bahnhof jeder Nacht ab 00:00 Uhr bis 05:00 die Leute an eine Baustelle gearbeitet haben unzwa extrem Laut, ich hab Fotos und Aufnahmen gemacht .Es war so laut dass man nicht schlafen konnte es ist absolut inakzeptabel!!!

Definitely will stay again.
Pros:

Location and quiet. Had a great nights sleep and enjoyed the pizza at the restaurant very much.

Good value for money
Pros:

Easy to have connections to the areas of interest (by rain to Bern, by car to Zurich, Geneva, Andermatt).
Reasonable parking area.
Good room.
Still good value for money if we have to consider all the package of the trip.

Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen, aber für den Preis darf man mehr erwarten
Pros:

Verkehrstechnisch gute Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist gefährlich glatt. Bedingt durch die nahe Hauptstrasse und Bahnlinien ist es sehr laut, auch nachts. Wenn man ein Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang hat, dann zieht der Zigarettenrauch der vor dem Eingang Rauchenden unangenehm ins Zimmer. In Summe müsste das Zimmer für den Preis besser eingerichtet sein.

Sehr enttäuschend! Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut für Leut die mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln reisen möchten. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und das Personal waren unterirdisch! Absolut lieblos angerichtet und ganz billige Qualität. Joghurt und Brötchen gab es nicht, Brot nur auf Nachfrage und dann auch nur 4 kleine Scheiben für mehrere Personen. Mitgäste mussten nach Kaffeetassen, Löffelchen etc. fragen weil es keine gab, dabei war das Hotel kaum ausgelastet. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Alles deutlich unter dem Schweizer Durchschnitt.
Wir sind mit Baby angereist und hatten das auch alles vorher bei der Buchung angegeben (und bezahlt). Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Wasserkocher für die Babynahrung und man konnte sich auch keinen an der Rezeption ausleihen. Zum Glück hatten wir ein eigenes Reisebett dabei, denn es gab auch nichts fürs Kind im Zimmer.
