Categories

Cleanliness
5.2
Multiple reviews note dirtiness and insufficient cleaning (dirty bathroom, used soap, generally 'sujo'/'degradado'); cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
8.7
Staff repeatedly described as kind, helpful and accommodating in several reviews, though one comment noted reception was only 'OK' and not very welcoming.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised: excellent position, close to Nile and center, Zamalek seen as safe and convenient — the strongest positive theme.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed reports: several guests had large, comfortable rooms and clean rooms, while others mentioned small or simply-appointed rooms and visible wear.
Amenities
8
Limited explicit comments; mentions of convenient local amenities and 'commodities' imply standard, useful onsite/nearby facilities for this location.
Value for Money
6.6
Mixed to negative: some say price-quality is not good or 'caro', one says quality/price OK — overall perceived as below expectations on value.
Food and Beverage
6.6
Breakfast and restaurant received mixed to negative comments: some praised the breakfast, but several noted poor variety or that the restaurant does not meet standards.
Overall Experience
9
Despite issues with cleanliness and food, the consistently excellent location and very helpful staff lead to a broadly positive overall experience for many guests.

Pros:
