DE VARIAS VIAGENS AUE JA ME HOSPEDEI, NOVA ONDA SUPEROU TODOS, FOI O HOTEL MAIS LIMPO QUE JA FIQUEI EM TODA MINHA VIDA, A FUNCIONÁRIA "FABÍOLA" É INCRIVELMENTE PERFEITA, SEMPRE ARREDO A CAMA DO LUGAR ETC, E FOI A PRIMEIRA VEZ QUE EMBAIXO DA CAMA ESTAVA SUPER LIMPO.

Os quartos e a área da piscina

Cons:

Atendimento da recepção, extremamente ineficaz e improdutivo.Nao possuem um mínimo de amabilidade, não resolvem os problemas e equipe fria.
O café da manhã com itens inaceitáveis para o consumo, além da reposição ser finalizada em tempo errado ,se o café é até às 10 ,a mesma teria que ser feita até às 10 ,por o hóspede que acorda as 9 tem o mesmo direito de consumir os itens que são oferecidos mais cedo.
Sinto ,de um modo geral ,uma falta de gestão e organização.Talvez ,a seleção mais adequada de funcionar fizessem a diferença.
O hotel tem uma excelente localização e quartos muito bons ,porém sua parte humana , principalmente a recepção é inaceitável.
Por incrível que pareça ,quem nós auxiliou o tempo todo foi o funcionário Marcos , acredito pertencente aí quadro de hotelaria .
É preciso ter uma equipe de captação capaz de gerar ao hóspede uma sensação de bem estar ,ao ponto de se sentir a vontade.
Com certeza ,o hotel seria minha última opção.
Não voltaria a buscá-lo.

Os funcionários do restaurante ficam de zoação com a cara dos clientes , fazendo piadinha , se juntam para ficar conversando, falando mal dos clientes, até conversa sobre drogas , quem ia buscar e etc ouvimos.

El desayuno es muuuuy bueno hay de todo y rico, el lugar donde se desayuna es muy lindo y cómodo. El hotel muy bien ubicado se puede ir caminando a las playas y también hay lugares cerca para comer
