Zeer mooi en rustig gelegen net buiten het centrum

Een beetje uit het centrum en toch dichtbij alles (kabelbaan, wandelroutes,…). Kamers waren zeer proper en ruim en men kon gebruik maken van de sauna. Lekker ontbijtje

Insgesamt guter Eindruck. Mit mehr Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sauber, die Lage ist hervorragend und das Frühstück war für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend und gut.
Hunde sind willkommen.

Cons:

Leider hat uns der Service im persönlichen Umgang enttäuscht. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurden wir kaum bzw. gar nicht begrüßt – selbst bei der Ankunft blieb eine freundliche Begrüßung aus. Dadurch entstand leider das Gefühl, eher „zu viel“ oder nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Schade, denn das Hotel selbst hat viele positive Seiten. Mit etwas mehr Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen wäre der Aufenthalt für uns deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

It was a very clean & quiet place with lovely surroundings. Parking is available. The lady (receptionist) was very friendly & provided information about the area & recommended a nearby Gondola with complimentary access, which was absolutely enjoyed.Thank you

would be better if you provide tea/coffeefacilities in the room as well(suggestion)

Schöner Stopover zum Besuch Arlbergpass und Flexenpass.
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer mit schönem Balkon.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Parken direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Die Lage war dann doch etwas weit außerhalb des Zentralortes …
