Avevo prenotato una suite per 3 adulti . al nostro arrivo la suite aveva solo un letto matrimoniale con due cuscini. La reception ha detto che il letto matrimoniale era da 3 persone e cmq ha rifilato a mia figlia la biancheria per prepararsi da sola il letto sul divano (160cm!). We had a wonderful stay at this very clean hotel in a perfect location, with friendly, welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent, there’s on-site parking, and it’s dog-friendly, with lovely parks nearby for walks.

Inside, the décor is striking and eclectic — vivid textured portraits, playful bathroom murals — giving the place a gallery-like feel. Just outside, the park features illuminated glass sculptures and even a Roman boundary stone, making for a delightful cultural surprise. The town itself felt calm and safe, perfect for a relaxing break.

The only challenge was the sofa bed for my children, which was too small for a teenager and hadn’t been prepared. Despite our late-night arrival, the receptionist kindly brought extra bedding, but I still ended up sharing a bed with two teenagers — not the most restful night 😉

Still, I’ll happily return… next time without the teenagers 😉

The room was clean and the breakfast was okay. The room service was only until 18 o'clock and they spent good part of their time talking in the corridor. The staff was very nice and friendly. However, I was charged 74 € over the original price. I slept well 😊😊

Always a pleasure to come back to Amedia Wels. Had a great room and really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was welcoming, quick check-in, elevator was operational, sweets sweetened my welcome experience.

The historical place is in good condition and very centrally located, so that you can walk to the pedestrian precinct in less than a minute and you have coffee places, bakeries, restaurants nearby or even "in-house".

Cleaning service was good and exchanged all used towels in the bath room which is equipped with shampoo/shower gel, a hairdryer, and a heating. The room has a table, lamps in the bed, which is very convenient, a safe (big enough for a 17" laptop), a huge flat TV-screen (slow but fully operational), a fridge and a Nespresso machine (with 4 caps which are, however, not refilled on a daily basis). No water boiler or tea available.

Thumbs down for the occasionally but regularly interrupted internet connectivity in the room, which hinders work, streaming and texting/social media.

The bed was comfortable, and the curtains darken the room sufficiently.
Unfortunately, the noise level is quite high when other guests pass by in front of the door, but this did not impact my sleep too much.

Overall, definitely a place to stay!

Außergewöhnlich tolle rezeptionistin Nina! Gratulation zu so einer Mitarbeiterin.

Nicht besonders: Zimmer war kalt, TV Programme haben nicht funktioniert. WLAN schwach. Bad nicht gründlich geputzt. Wirkt alles etwas abgewohnt außer die Lobby u frühstücksbereich.

Ein altehrwürdiges Hotel in hervorragender Lage zur Innenstadt und auch zur Messe. Geräumige und bequeme Zimmer.
An einem Tag sehr freundlicher Empfang, an einem anderen Tag leider nicht. Rechnung musste leider bemängelt werden, da zu viel abgebucht wurde. Schade.

A great hotel for a cheap price! The employers were really nice. Also, the position of the hotel is fantastic, compared to the rest of Wels... Cosy christmas market right outside, and really good restaurants near by.

Das Service an Abend in der Bar schrecklich.
Er hat uns nicht gefragt ob wir etwas trinken möchten. Wir fragten um 21.15 ob wir etwas bestellen dürfen. Ja mit der Auskunft bis 21.30 er habe sooooo viel zu tun. Die Bar ist lt Info bis 22.30 geöffnet.
Als Gast wurden wir dann gebeten um 22.00 zu gehen
