I liked thelake view from my room.
I also appreciated the fact that I could enjoy DStv programs on the TV from the luxury of my room.

Cons:

I didn't get to swim! The swimming pool was not in a welcoming condition. It looked dirty and the pumps were off the water was stagnant.
The balcony had very loosely fitted handrails that looked scary and very dangerous. It raised alot of safety concerns especially for kids and the elderly.
There was a funny odour from the toilet when i checked in, it was rectified a day before my checkout but in think i should not have to experience the inconvenience of the bad odour and the 2hr lack of privacy during the repair.

Pros:

Breakfast was tasty but the breakfast room was a little cramped. Hot water shower was great though the bathroom was more of a wet room. We were able to access the room really early after arriving on an overnight bus which we were very grateful for.

Pros:

The room was comfortable with a nice hot shower. The view from the rooftop was great for watching the sunset. They provided water bottles every day. Breakfast was good, the options were different every morning.

Fantastic staff - super-friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are of lower quality.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, good juices and omelet

Cons:

Each room has a glass panel above the door which lets light in from the corridor throughout the night! This is incredibly stupid as it keeps waking people up. Please cover with dark plastic or board! The AC units are what they are - Chinese-manufactured, so they don't work all that well.

Pros:

Some of the staff were very helpful. The place is clean. The breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Two things that potential guests should be aware of.
Firstly, the single rooms are not good value. For £35 you get a small, noisey, dark room at the back of the hotel.
Secondly, the hotel does not have fans or mosquito nets in any of the rooms despite advertising on booking.com that they do. Without fans or mosquito nets you will get bitten by mosquitos and this is a malaria endemic area.
