The hotel is located in one of the city's busy arterial road, and 5 min from the airport, which is quite convenient.
The rooms are of a decent size, with good bedding, and come with every items one can expect.
Higher floor rooms (above 6) are less noisy than the lower ones (from the daily hectic traffics).
Hotel staff bends over backwards to please and find solutions to any request.
The restaurant offers a decent breakfast, and has a nice menu card with various, both local and international dishes .
It's not my 1st stay, and won't be my last.
Would definitely recommend it.

O banheiro é muito velho, carece de manutenção e atualização urgente. Chuveiro ruim. Nosso quarto dava para a avenida Camerum e do outro lado da rua havia uma balada com som alto até meia noite. Depois de comentar na recepção do hotel, sugeriram mudarmos de quarto. Mas não o fizemos pois seria por apenas uma noite e daria muito trabalho organizar a mudança
Variety of choices for breakfast
The Ethiopian coffee was not ready each time I went for breakfast, and had to wait a while. The description of the room that I booked (deluxe queen) was inaccurate. On the booking side it talks about a double bed and 2 sofa beds, but these are just ordinary 1 seater couches.
The free airport transfer was timely and efficient. Also the staff was good. Ms. Tsion was super helpful. Addis Ababa has the best Avacado juice and the hotel made me some, upon request, free of charge. Room service was very good too
