Good hospitality and nice stuffs
The property is well-located, clean, and well-maintained. Especially liked the comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had good variety, and the facilities felt safe and modern. It’s a great value for the quality.
There was a small issue during my stay, but what mattered most is that the staff fixed it very rapidly and professionally. The way they handled the problem actually impressed me more than the issue itself. No property is perfect, but their quick response made sure it didn’t affect my experience.
It was in the heart of Addis Ababa very easy to get to the airport and neighbouring towns. The staff are very helpful. It felt very secure and it was a pleasant stay and a great value for money.
The breakfast was mediocre pasta sent via room service was not hot.

Rooms were a little run down.
I liked the fact I was able to check in - for a small additional cost - in the morning after my arrival at the airport.
I found the reception team extremely kind on two specifical moments: 1. I came without my case as it was not there upon my arrival at the airport. They advised me rightly ans accomodated a shuttle trip back to the airport in the afternoon. It was a reight decision. 2. They looked thoroughly to provide a taxi-driver to take me on a city tour at a reasonable rate. Kudos to the staff with my entire gratitude.
This property is close to trhe airport but a bit far away from city-life. The rppm was quiet but lacked any real view. I alsao had a recurrent problem with the bathroom flush.

The entire hotel staff is incredibly humble, polite, and service-oriented—the management and ownership should be very proud of this team. It is rare to see a genuine smile on every single staff member these days, and it made our stay special. The hotel is clean and the location is perfect, even being within walking distance of the airport.

The free airport shuttle and proximity to the airport. The staff were very friendly, from the gate man to room attendants. Good location. Clean rooms and good price.
Breakfast was great, and the traditional coffee is amazing. The location is the best for a short stay in Addis. It is near the airport and has many malls nearby, so no excuse for last-minute shopping.
The staff are so welcoming and ready to help. They gave me clear directions and instructions. They are so supportive and available.
The hotel is very near to the airport (perhaps less than 5 minutes away). Very simple but very clean hotel with nice breakfast including an omelet station. The hotel staff and management are very friendly in all aspects. Happy to be there. The 24/7 open restaurant adds to the comfort.
The bed's are a little too small for our test but sufficient.
