Only the location.
Came in and left right a few hourst later to another place, despite my reservation wasn't refundable, but my comfort is above any! Also, Quality is not that good and it's old, the breakfast is very bad. However, the hotel is quite clean but the facilities are 20 years old, the design is so old. so don't expect a fancy one. Expensive!

Meu quarto não estava funcionando o botão do "Não perturbe". De madrugada, bateram na minha porta para verificar algo da assinatura do restaurante (que estava coreta), poderiam ter lidado no dia seguinte.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I stayed for 1 month due to CDC requirements to quarantine and it was difficult to accept since my kids are alone in the US. The hotel staff at the BW hotel made my experience enjoyable. I would like to specifically mention Miss Tigist ( Kanya Cafe) who always greeted me daily with a welcoming smile which brightened my day. She payed close attention to the foods I liked and the a la carte preparation of the food due to my allergies. She made me feel home away from home. My favorite order were the lentil samosas and the special tea. I am particularly grateful to her and highly recommend BW Pearl Plus to any traveler.
