The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. It was a short walk down to the beach and many dining options. As far as the room, no microwave (really need one so you can warm up any leftovers), mini-fridge needs to be upgraded to something bigger so you can store ice.

Good property, clean and staff is friendly. If u want to nap u have to deal with the music from the placita and other loud guests who are loud and slam doors throughout early morning hours.

Nice hotel. Can be loud at night until seeing 10pm. The restaurant on site only opens for breakfast and lunch (so no room service) for a few hours but there are other restaurants within walkable distance

Our brief stay at La Placita was excellent! Our room was ready for check-in early, which we really appreciated. Staff was amazing…so helpful. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. was great!! We will return!!!

Rooms were nice, had a little issue with the ac when we arrived but was fixed right away. Great staff ! Very friendly and personable. The ladies & gentleman at the front desk were always so helpful. We loved Edward in the restaurant (complimentary breakfast is a big plus)
I would recommend or suggest to add balconies on some of the rooms that overlook the pathway that has restaurants & stores.
Also, the room we stayed in was the king suite- garden view but it has a bunch of electric lines right in our view- Like reach out and touch them. Rooms were clean.
It’s in a nice location not too far of a walk to the beach. Plenty of things to stop at along the way.
We would definitely stay at La Placita in the future 😊

Our stay in La Placita was excellent. The customer service they provide is the best. The manager Angel take his time to make sure you get everything you need. The driver Andy is helpful and makes sure you have a fun time with the activities you book with the Hotel. I leaving the island with a pleasant view and I will come back for sure in the future.
