Pros:

Albergo bellissimo, super moderno, camera grande, con living e cabina armadio, letto comodissimo e bagno grande. Veramente uno degli alberghi più belli dove sia stata. Pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La camera è domotozzata ed è possibile aprire e chiudere le tende, accendere e spegnere la luce semplicemente utilizzando la voce. Bellissime le grandi finestre che davano sul versante della montagna. La colazione viene servita in un'ampia sala dotata di terrazza ed è molto abbondante e varia. Molto belli anche il rooftop e la piscina. Si trova in una zona residenziale, quindi bisogna mettere in conto che per spostarsi è necessario il taxi, ma trovandosi facilmente e a buon prezzo, non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema.

The Hilton management need to get a grip on staff attitude and service. This hotel has the potential to be stunning
Pros:

The room was lovely.

Cons:

The staff attitude was not good. I asked for help to check into my next flight (the email was in Spanish) and the initial lack of help combined with staff sniggering and laughing at me was completely unprofessional and upsetting.
Our room was also not cleaned properly- floors and toilet not cleaned.
Also the restaurant staff upsold us Italian water at £7 a half bottle instead of local Colombian water at £2. When we specifically asked the next night for local water they tried again to sell us the £7 water. By way of reference local beer was £2 a bottle.
At breakfast, 2 of the four fruits were not ripe. What chef cuts up an unripe mango and presents it on a platter? Given how cheap fruit is in Columbia, that is disgraceful.
At 9 floors up the traffic noise is really bad. I had asked for a quiet room but was not allocated that.
This hotel failed on many levels

Il Direttore del Ristorante che parlava solo Spagnolo e non sapeva una parola di Inglese lo trovo in un Hotel di questo livello veramente imbarazzante fortunatamente i camerieri lo parlavano
Sono molto amareggiato dopo aver soggiornato per 6 notti in una suite e cenato tutte le sere al Ristorante dll'Hotel quando ho chiesto un late check out alle 17 ( 3 ore in piu del normale orario ) sono andati a chiedere al Manager Director dell'Hotel e la risposta e' stata che me lo accordava se pagavo 100 USD !!!!!!! credo che un gentleman agreement a un cliente Genius livello 3 dopo che ho speso molti soldi in questo Hotel era il minimo che poteva fare
Cosi' ho dovuto restare nella Hall dell'hotel 3 ore prima di recarmi in Areoporto
