Lovely pool villa
Nice clean beach directly in front of the resort

Restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced
Quite remote 20km from Quy Nhon so not much to do other than stay in their resort and read a book by the pool
No options for dining anywhere nearby so you’ve captive within the resort
Main restaurant was closed for renovation so we ate at ad hoc restaurant for each meal (which was quite good)
Because most villas have a pool, people stay in their villas so the place feels empty and lifeless, fine if you’re looking for a private escape but it felt a little soul-less to us, lacked energy
Once you walk beyond the resort itself, the beach is unfortunately littered with rubbish by locals which is disappointing but that’s common in Vietnam, not Maia’s fault
Amazing hotel! Amazing rooms, all new and clean. Comfy beds ( one of the best we had)
staff making up the room were good. Buggy service good. Attentive staff in dining room. Shame these staff members have to work with such poor management.
Renovation of the reception area at peak time of the year very bad, thoughtless decision. On arrival the feeling was that this hotel is being run for the convenience of the management rather than the comfort of the customer. Very limited menus for all meals though the cooking was good. Again bad management skimping on choice to save a few dong. Staff on duty at beach area very slow and witless. They need better training. Again poor management. Serious and significant compensation for the untimely renovations, delay in checking in and power cut would have signalled better customer service and a desire to welcome customers back. Cannot understand why expensive hotels like this risk damaging their repution with slapdash approach to the customer.

Alles war hervorragend. Das Resort ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, und das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war perfekt.
Lovely villa with nice pool, staff diligent clean it everyday ensuring it’s up keep to the very best. One thing I take noticed, the landscaping of the whole area especially for the greens is very well kept.
Staff is also attentive to details, from every bookings and changes made throughout our 4 days stay. The half-day excursion was also well organized, driver Mr Thoai brought us for some local delicacy upon request. Well prepared with cold towel and cold drinks to accommodate a super hot day and keeping the car cool as and when during stand-by.
Overall we were pleased with their hospitality and our stay has been pleasant. The only improvement to consider, maybe for slightly longer stay customers (full board), can have slight varieties for F&B selections, living 4 days with the same food can be a little boring towards the end of the trip.

We stayed for a week in late May under scorchingly hot weather. Ocean resort is a perfect place for family with kids. Spacious villa, super new and well maintained.We enjoyed the pool and big waves as well lustrously green. Employees work really hard from buggy drivers to gardeners. Big thanks to Tra, Vinh, Cuong (drivers who were kind to offer help to me and my baby), Cuong at restaurant always approaches us with smile, Hoa (kids club) is warm and kind to my baby, Giac, Thanh (lifeguard who took good pictures of us and time for chitchat). We will be back when the day comes.
Few recommendations:
- Water bottle at buggy for driver ( maybe water filling station for guests?)
- Matcha drink to drink list
- Inhouse shop at resort to buy snacks
- Cleaning team at the beach ( trashes every now and then on the sand in resort area)
- Ashtray at the beach ( I saw Vietnamese men just smoke and throw cigarettes butts to the sand or water. Painful to see)
Keep up great work guys
Our 2-bedroom villa was spacious and everything looks brand new. I was nervous at first about the wind farm but during the stay I was not bothered by it at all, there was no noise whatsoever. There is a small pool at the villa but we much preferred the bigger public pool and gym. The beach is very clean.
The resort seems to be popular among families with small kids, so beware of ipad kids during breakfasts and dinners with loud youtube cartoons.
The location is quite remote so there is not much to do around the resort. There are also very few dining alternatives besides the restaurant in the resort. Unfortunately the sea was very choppy when we were there so we couldn’t really swim in the sea or do water activities like SUP. I first stayed at Quy Nhon city for 3 nights before staying here for 2 nights and I much preferred staying at Quy Nhon city.
This resort has become one of my favorite places, and I already know I’ll definitely be coming back very soon. But next time, a couple of nights won’t be enough — I’ll be staying for a full week for sure.

The place is not suitable for family with kids. During holiday, the kid club is always full, and only 1 staff attend, it opens from 9am so if your kids are early birds or want to play after breakfast probably not idea.
It takes long time for the ev to come even non peak hour so it is recommended to call them ahead for 10-15 minutes.
They will suddely have a private ev without stating that it is privavte so even you have waited long after the swim and dried up, you will continue to stand there wait with your kids.
The place don’t even have a medical room so you better secure all the medicines first because either will take long time for things to come or they don’t have it.
Lovely people and a stunning space to recover and reconnect. A flawless and welcoming space. We loved the food, people (Minh is lovely and deserves a special mention) and ocean. Prepare to relax!
Large well-maintained area, very few people, beautiful beach and swimming pools on site. Nice spacious room with smart TV. There is a gym, spa, and playgrounds on site. Very friendly staff.
It's far from the city, and there are no shops on the premises. The only option for food is the in-house restaurant, which offers average food quality and high prices (we spent around \$80-100 per person per day, excluding alcohol). It may be a bit boring for young people, but it could be a good choice for families with children on a weekend getaway. However, there is not much to do for an entire week.
