Cons:

Maybe it was a one time mistake but the toilet wasn't that clean, the fridge also not very clean.

Εξαιρετικό Κατάλυμα
Pros:

Εξαιρετικό, "νευραλγικό" σημείο για μετάβαση στην αγαπημένη μας παραλία "Κάθισμα", καθώς και για την παραλία του Αγίου Νικήτα. Το δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές, πεντακάθαρο, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο, απίστευτα έξυπνη διαρρύθμιση και έξτρα αξεσουάρ που επέτρεπαν να τοποθετήσουμε τα πράγματά μας με τάξη και ευκολία στον χώρο. Νομίζω είναι η πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου που μένω σε κατάλυμα (κι έχω μείνει σε αρκετά), στο οποίο μπορώ να βάλω όλα τα καλλυντικά μου στο μπάνιο, χωρίς να δημιουργείται συμφόρηση. Ο οικοδεσπότης με γρήγορα αντανακλαστικά σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, ευγενέστατος και φιλικός. Το μόνο πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε, το οποίο λύθηκε άμεσα από τον ανωτέρω, ήταν η γειτνίαση με πολύ φασαριόζικες πολυμελείς οικογένειες από το εξωτερικό. Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση το δωμάτιο, γενικά είμαι παραπάνω από ευχαριστημένη για όλες τις παροχές, θα το επιλέξουμε οπωσδήποτε ξανά. Parking σε αφθονία, διπλή έξοδος του δωματίου, η μια πλευρά σε τύπου αυλίτσα με δέντρα ή καλύτερα σοκάκι με δέντρα, η άλλη πλευρά ατομική βεράντα, όπου, όμως, όπως προανέφερα, σημαντική είναι η καλή γειτνίαση. Εύγε!

Όπως προανέφερα, το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε, για το οποίο, ωστόσο, όχι μόνο δεν ευθύνεται το άτομο που χειρίζεται/εκμισθώνει τα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια μέσω booking, αντιθέτως, έκανε ό,τι καλύτερο μπορούσε, ώστε να λυθεί το θέμα, ήταν η φασαρία που υπήρχε από πολυμελείς οικογένειες εξωτερικού σε κάποια από τα γειτονικά δωμάτια, με έλλειψη σεβασμού στο δικαίωμα των υπολοίπων να περάσουν διακοπές χωρίς να ακούνε στη διαπασών φωνές έως πολύ αργά το βράδυ, πέραν ωρών κοινής ησυχίας.

Pros:

Room design very nice and room and balcony very spacious. Even the bathroom was spacious (in Greek terms) Easy parking.
Would stay again.

Cons:

Water is bad and staff warned us not to drink water from the faucet. However, unlike many establishments we stayed at, no bottled water was provided at all. Luckily, we had bottled water with us.

Outstanding studio apartments. Comfortable living for a great holiday.
Pros:

The owner was exceptionally accomodating. He made sure I was totally cosy in my stay. I needed to do laundry and he gave me a tutorial and made sure there was detergent for me to use. The location is fantastic. The nearby beach was endorsed to me by Nikolas as “one of the best in Greece” and I would have to concur. I did make the mistake of walking down - doable, but sweaty! I would recommend driving down as there seemed to be ample parking. Room was great. Smart TV worked properly with wifi connected and all. The beds were lovely and comfy. Nice mein honey given as a complement. Bathroom was great. A nice little porch to hang out on. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Wonderful vacation !!!
Pros:

The hosts were very kind, the accommodation was as we expected. The room, the toilet, the kitchen were very clean with new dishes and appliances. Private parking in the yard. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and with the availability and kindness of the hosts.
