Could not really fault it!!
Pros:

Superb view, great swimming pool, Delicious breakfast/brunch delivered to your door to enjoy on your balcony. Also I had a great massage in exquisite surrounds. Wow & the sunsets while enjoying the cool of the pool. The whole place was presented beautifully.

Cons:

The only disadvantage was lack of shade in the afternoon on the balcony. It was very hot.

Had an incredible visit and this will be our go-to spot if we were to return to Chania.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and we loved being able to have a different thing each morning (or repeat something we loved!!). We also dined and/or had drinks from the restaurant and bar and everything was good to great.

From the moment we walked onto the property, the staff were so friendly and helpful and I was honestly a bit sad to have to leave them at the end of our stay. We got great recommendations for things to do around the city and they arranged many of our taxis for going out and about.

Cons:

From the website, I didn't realize that not all of the rooms were ocean facing, so I wished I knew to have requested an ocean room view. The room was great, but waking up to that view would have been incredible.

For two people, there was not a ton of counter/desk space for getting ready or writing/working at a desk top.

Chilled, relaxing stay in a beautiful room
Pros:

I wanted a place to chill out and that’s exactly what I got. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Views to die for and the food is amazing.
