My Intowne Suites disappointing stay.
Pros:

I took 57 photos of things wrong in the room. I had been told by the office (on the day I checked in) that maintenance would be at the room to repair something, but they never showed up.
A week+ after being there the manager showed & said he was putting us out. He said he had received complaints & claimed someone in our room had stolen from another room. He claimed to have video. I asked why no one from the office came to me to complain at first & he stated that he was on vacation & his staff does not do that if he's not there. I said if they had told me of the complaint I could have prevented it's repeat & that I did not need the complainer identified, just the complaint. He still would not tell me the complaint!
As to his claim of video showing me the theft & who did it, he would not show me it. I advised him to therefore call the police so they could determine whether a theft happened & who to arrest. The manager refused.
Under Florida law, if a motel kicks a renter out, the motel must refund money paid for days not used. It took 4-5 days & 2 phone calls to receive the refund.

No tomaron las previsiones para nuestro check In y nos dejaron sin reserva, adicionalmente nos hicieron el descuento de un depósito de garantía fuera de tiempo y forma y la solicitud de a devolución de este cobro arbitrario ha sido demasiado tedioso.

If you’re a single mom do not go to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was infested with roaches not to mention infested with Mold and there was a lot of weird perverted man walking around couldn’t even enjoy my morning with my baby boy because random guys kept approaching me I felt unsafe the worst experience ever.

The roaches, the mildew and all the perverted guys that were walking around the parking lot.

Great location and convenience, but loud neighbors.
Pros:

It was a 30-40 minutes walk to the Valet Security entrance for CityWalk and the parks.

Cons:

There were many evening with guest in the next room were very loud and obnoxious. The noise went on from midnight to 5:00 AM. On one night the police were actually called 2 times. I had a total of 4 nights of quiet.

when they told me it was sprayed monthly for pests I thought i wouldnt see any. When i found out my room was supposedly sprayed the week before my arrival, i figured i wouldnt see any pests. I felt like i was being stalked by cockroaches. The whole place felt dirty. Like, the shower doesn't leave you clean, just ... greasier. There was a large gap in the door and i ended up buying cans of RAID to keep the bugs away but the last straw was when i woke up with one on my bed, running away from me. Even after going through an entire large can of Raid. I even bought my own cleaning supplies but it was such a losing endeavor i booked another hotel entirely and abandoned this one. Never again. Long stay rentals in the orlando area are DISGUSTING.

Cons:

literally everything was terrible except the staff tried to be nice and the location was convenient. Pretty sure i got mold sickness from the room, along with the fear of cockroaches crawling in my mouth while i slept.

The property was as clean as you'd expect at this price point, so not very (dirty elevators and outside common areas/walkways/stairs). The hotel overbooked and did not have our room available, the room they offered as a replacement smelled like mildew mixed with body odor with a very loud air conditioner positioned in the wall very near the head of the bed. We were asked to check it out and see if it would do, we returned to the lobby and asked if there was anything else available. She indicated there were no other rooms but we could try again tomorrow. We said we were opting to cancel as they did not have the room we reserved. She said it was fine and, when I asked, assured we would not be charged. Two weeks later, Im reviewing my card statement, and sure enough they charged us for the first night of our stay.

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Infested & Unsafe

We stayed here for one night before being forced to leave due to absolutely disgraceful conditions. Our first room was crawling with cockroaches. When we complained, we offered to be moved to another room, but when taking a look, it was just as bad.

The hotel itself was filthy, reeked of drugs, and had very dodgy individuals hanging around the premises. We did not feel safe at all. The smell throughout the property was disgusting, and the general condition was completely unacceptable for any paying guest.

We had to spend over £500 on alternative accommodation at short notice, which ruined our holiday and ate into our spending money.

This place should not be listed on any booking site. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and should be avoided entirely.

Do NOT stay here !!

Pros:

It was a very bad experience. The room was dirty, with cockroaches. They didn't provide shampoo, and the towels were supposed to be changed once a week. The front desk is only open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Amazing staff. Everything in the rooms need to be updated. Ac smelled of mold. Mold around windows. Mold on drapes. Please clean and update these rooms.

Rooms were dirty and the staff attitude was very bad, when we asked if they had any clean rooms we got a very odd look and then she said NO, nothing like the pictures, we ended up moving to another hotel after the first night
