All of my friends stayed here for 5 days during my bachelorette weekend getaway in Nashville, and this hotel exceeded every expectation! As a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I stay at many hotels, and this experience truly stood out.
I want to sincerely thank the incredible front desk staff, housekeeping, valet team (Corey & Drew), and the amazing crew at Denim Rooftop (Austin & Conner). You all made our first experience in Nashville unforgettable. Your service was outstanding, welcoming, and you genuinely showered us with kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. It was deeply appreciated!
The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I slept so peacefully every night. The shower was perfect, and I especially loved the complimentary coffee, plush robes, and slippers provided in the room. Those little touches made the stay feel even more luxurious.
The gym was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of cardio machines. I also appreciated the complimentary fresh fruit and water available. The weight area was a bit smaller, but still accommodating for a few people at a time.
The rooftop pool and Denim restaurant were definitely the highlights of our trip! While the heated pool could have been a little warmer, we still had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Conner made some of the best cocktails I’ve had, and Austin consistently made sure we had everything we needed. You both checked on us throughout our stay and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you for being so attentive, professional, and kind!
The coffee bar in the lobby was also fantastic. Julie was so sweet and a delight to chat with each morning. I especially loved the chocolate croissant!
The location was perfect — within walking distance to Broadway, restaurants, museums, and so many attractions. Plus, it was only about a 10–15 minute drive from the airport, which made traveling very convenient.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville, and I cannot wait to stay here again!
Amazing service by the whole valet/front door team. So welcoming. Drew was a superstar. The only frustrating on my part was having to call the front desk about getting the room cleaned two days in a row.
The Joseph Hotel in Nashville is really an amazing and affordable compared to any other 5 star hotels around the world. They offer first class service every time I come. I’ve began coming to the Joseph hotel once they one a few years ago and I’ve never had a single complaint. This year alone I’ve been to Nashville at least 6 times and I in this hotel every time. They have a perfect rooftop bar that offers a luxury and exotic atmosphere that makes you forget you’re even in Nashville compared to the trips I’ve taken to different islands in the world. The roof top bar reminds me of the Bermuda island, Jamaica, Cancun, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. They have pool, a bar, a sitting area inside and out and also a couch coverage. Every time I drive up to the entrance door the valet staff is awaiting my arrival and ready to open the door and be the first to welcome you to the hotel. It’s amazing how everyone communicates so clearly and effectively. I feel like family every time I stay.
Special thanks to Kayla Walker (Bartender at the roof top bar) for exceptional service beyond measure!
Special thanks to Ali Albaldawi for escorting and giving a tour of the room and providing excellent customer service
Special Thanks to Delphine Coadic for providing an exceptional service at Yolan the luxury restaurant in the hotel.
Special thanks to the waiter Jan Lee for a wonderful experience and very knowledgeable when eating at the luxury restaurant in the Joseph Hotel. The welcome team at the restaurant inside the hotel were extremely exceptional as well. I will be booking another stay with the Joseph hotel and I know that I’m going to be treated like family when I walk through those doors.
Thank You to all of the Joseph’s staff that played a role into ensuring my stay was best
Job well Done!
We stayed at The Joseph for a sister trip and it was amazing. The location was a ten minute walk from Broadway. The hotel itself was impeccable and everything was so clean. The beds were so comfortable . Hotel front desk was friendly and accommodating. Drew and Parker were kind and attentive. They were always ready to help and knew what we needed before we even knew what we needed! Highly recommend!
Wow, what a lovely hotel! Everyone was very kind and we weren’t told no lol. Shoutout to the guys in the valet dept, especially Drew, he took great care of me & my crew and made us feel very welcomed in Nashville, TN. Can’t wait to come back to visit :)
This is a gorgeous hotel and the valet service was top notch. Drew and the others were always there in speedy fashion
Wonderful stay! The staff was polite and accommodating. Our valet experience was one of the best ever. Drew had our car to us quickly and made sure we left with cold waters for the drive.
Drew was excellent. Always friendly and smiling.
Drew and staff were friendly, personable and professional. Look forward to coming back!
Great experience at the hotel. Customer service by the entire team was first class from check out to departure. Nice send off from Drew who got our car, our luggage and got us set up with cold water. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Nashville.
Drew helped us with our bags and he was so pleasant and professional
Everything was absolutely amazing. The service, amenities, food, everything!
Drew and Sven were so helpful and professional in the front with assisting me in and with car services.
I was awakened at 3am today by what sounded like a 4th grader learning about to play the flute. The worst part is I knew it was coming.
I’ll start my tale at check in at The Joseph. What normally takes 3-5 minutes to accomplish took more than 15. When I arrived in room 1623, I was struck by the cleanliness and the sharp design. Until, I heard the squeaking noise. Did someone leave a radio on? I looked in the room and the bathroom. Nothing. Eventually, I sourced the sound to the HVAC vent.
I returned to the front desk. Sheepishly, I explained “I’ve never done this before but I need to change rooms. There is a terrible squealing noise coming from the HVAC.”
There was no attempt to apologize. “I will send a technician to your room to fix it.” I explained that it was past 11am for my body’s clock, and I asked if I could just be moved to a different room. I was informed the hotel was sold out and mine was the last room. I asked if there was anything else we could do. What if the technician was unable to fix the problem? “Then, we’ll move to Plan B.” I paused for what seemed like an eternity. I was never told what Plan B was.
I grudgingly returned to my room and waited for the HVAC technician. And waited. After 15 minutes, I called the front desk and a nice woman apologized for the delay. He would be coming right away.
Upon arrival, the HVAC technicians examined the vent which (of course) was no longer making the noise. “This just the normal blowing sound that the AC makes. If it bothers you, then you need to shut off the AC.” I explained that the squeaking noise was quite different than the normal blowing of the AC fan, and I pathetically tried to imitate the noise. The technician tried to replicate the noise by turning on and off the thermostat, but had no luck. Finally, he offered to shut off the AC and bring up some portable fans! I declined and decided to roll the dice.
I slept like a rock. The room was nice and chilly and dark, and I awoke at 7am well rested. I had a productive day of business meetings and returned to my room exhausted and began to get organized for my 6:20am flight. I went to bed at 10pm and fell asleep almost immediately.
Until the frustrated flute student began wailing at 3am. I jumped out of bed and quickly shut off the thermostat. But it was too late. I was up.
At least I got 5 hours of sleep. I had a great trip to Nashville other than a terrible experience at The Joseph.
The worst part is I knew it was coming.

We just spend a weekend here and were very disappointed. This hotel claims to be 5 star but more like a 3/4. Our room never got cleaned and we even had our service light on all day. The coffee machine in our room only had decaf as they said they were all out of caffeinated coffee. Would not stay here again. I will say that the Valet guys were amazing though! Super nice and on their game!
Fantastic experience. First class hotel, and the service even better. Valet service, in particular, stood out.
