A lovely stay at Rania which matched my expectations. I will definitely return.
Pros:

Amazing location only 2 minutes walk to the center of town and close to an excellent sandy beach. Very clean and designed in a nice minimalist style which suited my preferences.
Great host, available to help whenever needed.

we decided to leave — there are better cleaner places to stay!

Nothing nice to say. It had a bed. Stay anywhere else with a bed.

Host was disrespectful and did not accommodate us with our original booking because of a “leak” or lack of cleaning to be honest and called it a “room upgrade”. It does not look like the photos…. We were not happy with the cleanliness or location of the suite being in the center of the “resort” with all our windows and doors going into shared spaces with other guests ( we were two young girls travelling alone. our original booking had a private outdoor space/balcony which is why we decided to stay at this specific location…) we kindly requested to be moved and that was not accommodated. What followed was extremely poor customer service between the host and I. Dismissing my concern and refusing to refund our stay. I work in this industry and I am disgusted by the behaviour of the host, STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

The location is wonderful!

Cons:

However, I had a problem on my last day. Before I checked out, a strange man entered my room and had the door key. I told the owner, who took no responsibility for what happened! He knew I was traveling alone! It didn't feel safe, and I felt in danger! The reception is always empty! I wouldn't rent from this place again! The cleaning lady didn't clean my room! The towels were changed twice.
