Fantástico
Pros:

Vista incrível, piscina excelente e um staff de enorme qualidade. Um agradecimento muito especial ao Paulo Guedes por toda a atenção, simpatia e cuidado demonstrados ao longo da nossa estadia.

Bei besserer Führung könnte das ein tolles Hotel sein.
Pros:

Ein gepflegte Anlage. Lage über dem Douro richtig gut mit wunderschöner Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer recht klein. Ein offenes Bad mit WC mit Glastür, kein Abzug!!! Man kann sich vorstellen, was das im Zimmer bedeutet.
Das Restaurant war eher ein großer Speisesaal, das Essen (es gab nur Buffet!!) war mittelmäßig. Das Fine-dinning-Restaurant hat nur am Freitag geöffnet wurde uns gesagt.
Zu guter Letzt war direkt unter unserem Balkon eine Baustelle, Arbeitsbeginn 7 Uhr - extrem Kundenorientiert.
Positiv war letztlich das Personal, das sich wirklich sehr bemüht hat, Probleme zu beseitigen.

A localização é ESPETACULAR, com vistas do outro mundo.
Pros:

O hotel tem um encanto especial, pela sua localização e pela envolvencia do rio Douro. os quartos são confortáveis e com uma varanda espetacular sobre o rio Douro. A piscina é simpática (que são duas). Não tivemos no restaurante mas jantámos no bar e foi muito bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, com um especial obrigado para a Sra Liliana.

Cons:

O unico contra é que a casa de banho não tem porta...modernices. Adicionalmente, não é um defeito mas tenha atenção que tem muitas escadas e sem opção, derivado da sua localização nas encostas do Douro. Se tem dificuldades de mobilidade, não será a melhor opção.

Cenário enquadrado no Douro excelente. Uma estadia para carregar baterias

Para uma estadia em familia com idosos torna-se complicada sem alternativas acessiveis.
Exemplo: Sala de pequeno slmoço obrigatória com muitas escadas. (Não detetamos alternativas viáveis).

Excelente e mágico
Pros:

O local … ar puro ambiente zen e calmo

Cons:

Faltava uma alternativa vegetariana no restaurante pois Ridoto não é vegetariano pois nem toda a gente gosta
Na casa de banho falta em por exemplo uma pequena pasta de dentes e cotonetes e algodão
De resto excelente

La vue incroyable et le calme de cet endroit
Le restaurant qui sert de bons plats et le buffet du petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Le bruit venant de la chambre voisine (l’insonorisation est plutôt mauvaise alors que l’endroit appelle le calme)
Les odeurs des canalisations qui ne peuvent être confinées à la salle de bain puisqu’aucune porte n’existe

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einzigartig, da kann man über Mängel hinweg sehen.

Das Hotel punktet hauptsächlich mit seiner Lage und den guten Betten.

Cons:

Um diesen Preis habe ich schon Frühstücksbuffets mit mehr Auswahl erlebt. Dadurch ,dass das Hotel an einem steilen Hang erbaut wurde ,ist der Weg vom geparkten Auto zum Zimmer beschwerlich, sprich Unmengen von Treppen. Das Gepäck muss ebenfalls getragen werden.
