Espaço bem integrado nas vinhas e a paisagem deslumbrante. Boas comodidades. Serviço de jantar e pequeno almoço acima expectável para um serviço de 4 estrelas. Muito bom!

Nada a apontar! Piscina espetacular com vistas do rio Douro deslumbrantes. Funcionários top!

Pros:

The outdoor property is great and the view on the river is amazing! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was a bad smell of sewage in our room. The bed wasn't comfortable, it was a very basic room. The stuff at the pool is super slow, only one person works there and serves all the guests.

Hotel v krásném prostředí, ale u služeb by to chtělo zabrat.
Pros:

Hotel se nachází v krásném prostředí mezi vinicemi s nádhernými výhledy do okolí a řeku. Všechen personál hotelu je velice příjemný a snaží se vyhovět hostům.

Cons:

Hotel je umístěn v kopci, je tedy opravdu počítat se spoustou schodů, hlavně pokud jste umístěni do výše položených budov. Nám to až tak nevadilo, ale pro některé lidi to může být komplikace. Na pokoji po příchodu byl cítit zápach z odpadních trubek, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme měli pokoj bez terasy, nedalo se to moc ani vyvětrat. Byli jsme pouze na jednu noc, tak jsme to až tak nějak neřešili. Největší zklamání byla večeře formou bufetu, kterou jsme si objednali po příjezdu. Připadali jsme si jak v závodní jídelně. Jídlo bylo naservírováno jen tak, aby se neřeklo, jídlo bylo studené a personál obsluhoval v těch stejných tričkách, co měli na sobě celý den a ty už opravdu nevypadaly fresh. Tohle opravdu na nás neudělalo dobrý dojem a je to škoda, že tak krásný hotel si tím kazí své jméno.

Localização muito boa e central (entre Peso da Régua e Pinhão) para conhecer o Douro vitivnícola.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço abaixo da expectativa para a categoria do hotel. Serviço de bar das piscinas apenas sofrível.
Atendendo à disposição dos blocos de edifícios e acesso por infindáveis escadarias, seria de esperar um maior apoio no transporte das bagagens por parte dos funcionários.

Pros:

Aussicht war wunderschön und das Frühstück lecker. Das Pool mit Bar und liegestühle war auch ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Wir wurden für das Nachtessen um 21 Uhr eingeteilt, da wir dieses bereits inklusive gebucht hatten. Das Nachtessen wurde in Buffetform angeboten. Leider waren die Speisen zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits abgekühlt, was sehr schade war.
Der lange Weg zum Zimmer mit ca. 100 Treppenstufen war zudem eher mühsam.

Recomendo o Vila Galé Douro Vineyards
Pros:

O local é simplesmente lindo e maravilhoso, com uma vistas sobre o Douro de perder o fôlego, os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e moderadamente espaçosos.
Os colaboradores são todos muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar.
O pequeno almoço é muito bom. Têm muita variedade de queijos, pão, fruta e ovos.
Fizemos uma visita à adega, em inglês, e o nosso guia [o André] explicou, tirou dúvidas foi super simpático e muito profissional.
