Pros:

La atención y la calidez con la que todo el staff y el personal del hotel nos trató, de verdad fue un momento de desconexión total. También nos enviaron las boletas.

Cons:

En realidad siempre es un poco complicado llegar del aeropuerto, pero nos ofrecieron movilidad.

Cumplió con mis espectativas y con el servicio ofrecido
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel bien cuidadas, habitaciones limpias con aire acondicionado, buen servicio del personal, excelente comida y variedad de desayunos, linda vista al mar desde la habitación. Pudimos disfrutar de una noche de fogata previa coordinación.

Cons:

Solo hay que tener cuidado con las rocas de la playa, pero al costado del hotel esta libre ya no hay rocas y se puede bañar.

Todo estuvo excelente, Marian una linda y excelente anfitriona, muy empática, atenta, nos hizo sentir en familia.
Helen y Heydi también nos atendieron muy bien en todo momento.
El lugar muy bonito, la comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Todo me gustó.
Todo muy limpio. Lo que no ví fueron tachos de basura, aunque nunca lo necesitamos porque en todo momento el personal estaba pendiente del orden y limpieza.
Para volver nuevamente.

Considero que lo mejor que tiene Samay es la atención!! Desde el primer momento que llegamos nos recibieron con mucho cariño y nos sentimos muy bien tratadas, atendieron todas nuestras solicitudes, consultas, faltaría palabras para poder expresar el agradecimiento a tan lindo equipo!

Cons:

En realidad no cambiaría nada me voy con una impresión bastante buena sobre todo de su atención, el lugar es hermoso, perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad, es tal cual las fotos, la comida es espectacular , muy ricaaa, en el Norte se come muy bien y Samay es una clara muestra!!
Espero volver con mi familia, porque fueron unos días realmente maravillosos!!
