Excellent experience except for breakfast
Pros:

Room was pleasant, big and spotless

Cons:

The breakfast was not up to standard and the coffee although Lavazza was very weak ! Also not possible to have a flat white or cappuccino

I’m glad that I’m home.

Cons:

BREAKFAST was horrible! Very unorganized. PANCAKE MACHINE IS A DISASTER!!! The staff has no hospitality and they don’t monitor their pool table for all guests.

Easy and peaceful!
Pros:

Was closer to e street than i thought which was perfect. View of the mills and river was beautiful, riom and facilities were very clean. Every staff member we passed or talked to was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine but we wanted a bit more so we went downstairs to the common man and it was delicious! Overall very very happy!!!

Cons:

Nothing!!!!! Not one complaint!
