Overall very comfortable
Pros:

All of the front desk staff was amazing they were very helpful. There was an issue with me signing into Wi-Fi which I didn't need but I don't believe that was anything to do with the staff they tried to help.

Cons:

I needed the Wi-Fi and for some reason my name and her number kept getting denied no matter what myself or the front desk staff did.

Just perfect!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. We really loved having the Common Man Restaurant in the same building. We had lunch & dinner there. The food was excellent. We had a great window for watching the train go by and all the antique & Classic cars going to the 25th Anniversary car classic. Everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Cons:

Maybe a 2nd chair in the room, but this isn't a complaint.

Comfortable bed and good location to downtown

Cons:

No trash bags in bins, no coffee, no microwave, no fan setting on air system, no fan setting in bathroom.

enjoyable, clean and close to multiple craft brewerys and good restaurants
Pros:

Food was fresh, good quality and no shortage. Coffee was hot, options for creamers, milk.

Cons:

a/c was loud and could not adjust temperature. It was tad cold for my liking
