Great for one night
Pros:

Great location for a quick stop over on our way north. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was a little chaotic but otherwise ok.

Very clean, great staff.
Pros:

Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations.

Cons:

Breakfast was lackluster. Long line for coffee which had to be filled often and food which we had to be refilled often so there was a long wait for basic items. Not great selection. Person parked in handicap area but not in a space, parked in clearly marked lines for no parking. blocking entry to our car legally parked in handicap spot. Staff should have addressed this.

It was excellent with phenomenal customer service.
Pros:

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we plan to stay here every time we visit. It is a great hotel with great customer service.

Overall very comfortable
Pros:

All of the front desk staff was amazing they were very helpful. There was an issue with me signing into Wi-Fi which I didn't need but I don't believe that was anything to do with the staff they tried to help.

Cons:

I needed the Wi-Fi and for some reason my name and her number kept getting denied no matter what myself or the front desk staff did.

Just perfect!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. We really loved having the Common Man Restaurant in the same building. We had lunch & dinner there. The food was excellent. We had a great window for watching the train go by and all the antique & Classic cars going to the 25th Anniversary car classic. Everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Cons:

Maybe a 2nd chair in the room, but this isn't a complaint.
