Clean and quiet, but not very central
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us tips for places to eat nearby and helping with very smooth check-in and check-out. The room was a bit small for 2 people but it was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! A bit expensive but so is everything in Vienna. The range of food available was excellent – something for everyone.

Cons:

The location wasn't great in terms of public transport. It's very easy to get into the centre of the city, but not easy at all to get there from the airport – train, then tram, then walking for 15 mins... Not easy for my 71-year-old mother. And all the buildings around are a sort of business park, so it doesn't really feel like you're in Vienna. You look out the window and you could just be in literally any city anywhere in Europe.
