Pros:

The location is good, close to grocery stores, bus connections to Meidling train station or Reumannplatz and Altes Langut to the U-bahn station

Cons:

Cleanliness was a big issue, walls are stained, bedsheets are not changed, floors are not cleaned and waste is not removed from the room. You can see the attached photo was waste in my room for the whole duration of my stay without being disposed of

Pros:

Már másodszor voltam itt, a környék rendezett, néhány percre sétára egy nagy park van tóval, étterem, szupermarket szintén pár percre. Az 1-es villamos végállomása kb 5 percre van, 20 perc alatt bevisz a Ringre. Kényelmes és tiszta ágyak. Kedvezményes parkolás az épület alatti parkolóházban.

Cons:

Mivel állatbarát (és ez nagyon szimpatikus) a folyosók és a szobák padlószőnyege illetve a falak nagyon kopottak, foltosak. Erre azért figyelni kellene, és legalább 2 évente tisztítani, lefesteni ahol szükséges.

Bardzo pozytywne wrażenie
Pros:

Zameldowanie przebiegło bez problemu. Pokój czysty, tak samo jak i łazienka. Byliśmy tylko przez jedną noc. Łóżka wygodne.

Cons:

FYI : żeby skorzystać z garażu podziemnego, trzeba zaparkować na zewnątrz i podejść do recepcji, by zeskanować kod QR, który za 16€ pozwala zaparkować w garażu.
Opcja bezpłatna to po prostu zaparkowanie przed obiektem.

Street parking available with good location to the nearby shopping mall
Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the location of the hotel is really good, also the room size is acceptable. The street parking was also available when we arrived.

Cons:

The cleanness of the room was not even on minimal level. In the restroom, the toilett was not properly clean from the previous use (it was all sprayed from the fecies), so we have to clean it with the provided toillet scrub. Also the room floor was not vacuumed properly.
Or the cleaning stuff is too litle paid to the work or the management is too busy to check how their employees and doing their work, or maybe both.
