Pretty good overall
Pros:

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

Wasn’t wowed by anything. It was just fine. Elevators ran a little slow but the properly was busy with a family reunion so it may have just been a lot going on

Very nice stay with my family, even booked a second night after arrival.
Pros:

Great room great staff. Nice pool and laundry facilities. They even have a shuttle for drop off’s in the evening and hourly runs to and from the hospitals. Front staff was very helpful. Parking is paid via an app. The room was quiet and no issues with noise from neighbors or above us. The beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean.
The only complaint is the man who oversees the breakfast, I’ve witnessed him watching people like a hawk, yelling at a young man who made an innocent mistake with the waffle iron. He scolded this boy in front of his mother as he hastily and angrily cleaned the machine. It was awful, the attendant had no idea what is going on in this boys life, knowing that this particular hotel caters to families who have loved ones in the hospital. Grace is needed with everyone especially a child. I watched the attendant eyeing a little girl with her father this morning. He couldn’t keep his eyes off of them. The father was instructing her on making waffles, she was doing fabulously. The attendant did try to intervene and started speaking to the father about it being hot and she shouldn’t be around the waffle iron. The father said she was fine. The attendant said, oh ok. Shaking his head and onto watching everyone else. After the incident with the waffles the day prior a sign was put up this morning that no one under the age of 14 may use the waffle iron without adult supervision. A simple sign indicating the irons are hot (common sense) and children should use with adult supervision would have sufficed.

Clean, Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The suite was clean, with all items included for our stay. Our 2 bed suite was comfortable and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable. The cleaners were very attentive and changed our towels and bins frequently during our stay.

Arthur who was the shuttle driver was very friendly, attentive and had very useful information about the city which we found helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. The fruit selection i.e. apples/bananas were available for 3 out of the 7 days. The waffle mix wasn't replenished when it ran out at 9.15am. I didn't really like eating off paper plates or bowls or having to use plastic cutlery every day. It seemed wasteful where delph plates could be washed and reused.

Comfortable stay :)
Pros:

We stopped in Nashville on our trip down to FL, and found this hotel to be a nice and comfortable stay. In addition, at breakfast time, we met Gaby and Juan, who were extremely helpful with our dietary restriction; we are extremely grateful for this!
