The free shuttle, the pool, the free breakfast, the little store, the location
Pool was a little cold
Came with family we had a 2 br, it was clean, beautiful, & spacious; and there was a TV in both bedrooms and living room. There were 2 bathrooms, an island, and complimentary laundry that I also loved. And it's just a short drive or shuttle ride to hospitals.

Location
1) Went to relax and enjoy the indoor pool, the water temperature was so cold you could not stand to get in it. 2) Parking for two nights was close to $90 in the hotels parking garage, i feel it should be cheaper for guest. 3) Number of guests was disclosed at booking, not enough towels or wash cloths in the room, went to front desk to ask for more and they said they would bring them up but after 8hrs had to go back and ask again.
Great location to feel safe! Was a little bit of a walk to Vanderbilt bar area which normally I would love but with how hit it was that weekend I should have Ubered. Still super close to downtown and walkable. The staff member who checked me in was very personable, had a smile on her face that instantly made me happy to be there. She was accommodating and thoughtful with her customer service. Which I would have got her name, because you all are luck to have her!
It was very clean, had a great breakfast, nice pool and grill area, and a shuttle to downtown. I must say that Charles, who was the only kitchen staff for 2 days, did a fantastic job. He carried the load for someone who had called off. He should get kudos (or a raise) for his dedication to his job. He performed his duties with a smile and attended to his customers needs.
The only drawback is the parking fee. I think it was a little high and the website indicated that parking was free.
The shower was not clean at all.

and breakfast and snacks (dinner) wonderful. Clean and staff great.
Only problem was paying $38 a day for
parking but maybe it's a hotel in Nashville parking thing. Sofa bed not great wish we had two queen beds for three people.

We spent the evening at the hotel bar ,we ate and had a few drinks and the Bartender was amazing!
The guy who was working in the breakfast area sure busted his butt to make sure everything was kept up on.
Clean hotel. Good breakfast if you get there early.
Charged $130 to park at location. No other parking available and no upfront disclosure of the fee. Also, being in downtown, we knew it wouldn't be the most quiet stay but were kept awake until well after midnight due to loud vehicles at the gas station across the street. Not the hotel management's fault but something to keep in mind. We won't be staying here again.
The property was clean and the bed was comfortable
Wasn’t wowed by anything. It was just fine. Elevators ran a little slow but the properly was busy with a family reunion so it may have just been a lot going on
