We will not be staying here again.
Pros:

We paid good money and expected to be able to stay in a room we PAID for but unfortunately was blindsided upon check in with an additional $50 charge. This poor business practice.

Very roomy and staff is friendly with quick services.
Pros:

Location was convenient from the highway and had a lot of food options near by. Breakfast was good and always replenish. Room was very quiet even though my kids are loud.

Cons:

Only had one elevator and traffic was terrible when busy.

We loved our room! The hotel is clean and there was complimentary shuttle bus to downtown Nashville!

Overall was vey good. The night shift front desk clerk (Lily) was excellent & very helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was great except for 1 of the 6 days. That day there were no eggs of any sort, no bacon & no oatmeal. It was as if the cook failed to show up that day

Cons:

Unit design was not appropriate for some guests leaving earlier than others as there was no door between the bedroom and bathroom sink and mirror, such that turning vanity area light on disturbed those still sleeping in the bedroom

Pros:

I like the size of the room.

Cons:

The cost of the room and also that you had to pay to park. As i booked on booking.com and it didn't say anything about an extra charge to pay to park. i believe what you have to pay for the room should be good enough.

Traveling through and needed a halfway point stay. Perfect for the price and location.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Large room, clean and safe location.

Cons:

We needed more towels and wash rags for our group but other than that everything was to our expectations.
