Pratique
Pros:

Emplacement plutôt pas mal si vous prenez l’avion. Très bien relié par le tram. Grande chambre pour deux.

Cons:

Le nettoyage était un peu bancal. La moquette c’est désuète niveau hygiène je trouve pas ça ouf, il y avait des cheveux autour du lavabo et pas assez de rangements.

Great place to spend some sweet time with your loved ones. Connection-wise and price/quality wise.
Pros:

I loved the eagerness provided by Beau - service worker at the hotel who helped me organizing a birthday gift for my wife. Location, room, breakfast provided by the hotel were great.

In het algemeen prima!
Pros:

Locatie was top, alles is schoon en nieuw.

Cons:

Ongeacht rustige kamer die ik gekregen heb, hoor je toch helaas auto's van de snelweg. Dus misschien volgende keer aan de andere kant van de snelweg slapen.

Ontspannend goed hotel

Goed gelegen zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een heel uitgebreid ontbijt top

Cons:

Het bed was persoonlijk iets te zacht en de lokkertjes van de sauna kon je niet sluiten. We hadden aan personeel gevraagd of ze wisten hoe het werkten maar ze wist het zelf niet.
Je moet met een hotelkaart de sauna binnen gaan maar je kan de hotelkaart nergens verbergen of weg steken. Dan loop je heel de sauna rond met die hotelkaart.

Cons:

We initially stayed at this hotel for one night and, since everything seemed fine at first, we decided to extend our stay. Already a strange start: we were told we had to rebook the same room through Booking, and on top of that, a late check-out was added to the bill.

That evening, we clearly informed reception that we would check out at 2:00 PM the next day and we paid for the late check-out. Everything was confirmed.

The next day, chaos. At 1:00 PM we received a rude call saying we had 5 minutes to leave the room. We calmly explained that we had paid to stay until 2:00 PM, but suddenly it became “until 1:00 PM”.

A few minutes later, someone from reception came to our door, knocking aggressively. My husband was then told we should have checked out at 11:00 AM. Three different times (11, 1, and 2) within minutes — complete disorganization.
