Very nice room, nice interior and well equipped
Pros:

Felt like an upgraded Van der Valk hôtel - rooms were very nice and well equipped.

Cons:

Staff at the reception can be more friendly. Could be better in the cleanliness of the room… found some hairs in the shower

Excellent stay overall. Good for staycation too, if you're planning one for yourself
Pros:

Breakfast option is literally excellent. Offered a variety of choices and all of them are surprisingly well made, I thoroughly enjoyed everything I have to say. Location is within 3-4 mins walk to RAI metro or tram, so it is easily accessible to everything you can think of. The room during my stay was bigger than expected, beautifully decorated interior, nice ambiance and comfy bed. On top of all, well maintained and high quality spa room. Most staffs I lightly interacted are friendly and helpful

Cons:

My only small complaint is the robe rental for spa access. Would've been better to have a clear information provided regarding hotel's robe must be requested through receptionist (5f floor). I probably couldn't spot this information up front so I had to figure things out by asking the guests how did they get before requesting one from a receptionist.

Fantastic hotel and staff
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. Had a top class omlette made fresh. The only slight negative was the coffee wasnt great

Cons:

I was really happy overall with the hotel. My room was really nice and the shower was fantastic and bed extra comfy

Comfortable, clean, convenient location.
Pros:

Good size room, nice layout, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, housekeeping, WiFi etc. Coffee kit in room. Good breakfast but not many options. Very close to train, metro, tram. Excellent food in restaurant. Nice staff.

Cons:

Some simple seating area outside the entrance would be nice.

Onze douch van de kamer was alleen stuk, die werd pas laat gemaakt. Dus dat was wel erg vervelend. Heb alleen een video van de douche
