Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurztrip oder Studienwoche

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, gelungenes Frühstück, aber Sauberkeitsmängel im Bad
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, und auch das Frühstück hat mir gefallen – besonders die vielfältige Müslibar. Das Bett wirkte sauber, bequem und frisch bezogen.

Cons:

Leider entsprach der Zustand des Badezimmers nicht dem erwarteten Standard. Die Fugen wiesen deutliche Schimmelspuren und orangefarbene Ablagerungen auf; außerdem waren an verschiedenen Stellen Rückstände und Laufspuren sichtbar. Da ich ähnliche Mängel bereits in einem zweiten Zimmer festgestellt habe, dürfte es sich nicht nur um ein einmaliges Problem handeln. Selbst bei einem bereits vergünstigten Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich daher nicht.

Központi helyen fekvő, modern szálloda. A szállodánál levő mélygarázs fizetős.
Pros:

Krems nagyon jó hangulatú, kellemes város. Jó reggelit kaptunk a hotelben.

Cons:

Műszállal töltött párnák és takarók nagyon kényelmetlenek.

Hote je umístěn poměrně daleko od hlavního historického centra Krems.Pokoje jsou pěkné,moderní.Snídaně na rakouské poměr

Very clean, lovely contemporary building, great breakfast, lovely staff

Great parking place, very clean, great breakfast, lovely room , comfortable bed

Cons:

The toilet is separate from the shower which is open plan. So after toilet one needs to go out, try not to touch anything, go to other side of room to wash hands and shower. Maybe its a common thing in Austria but at least a small sink should be in the same room with the toilet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wird nicht automatisch serviciert, man muss ein Schild vor die Tür hängen! Wir wussten das nicht, ist auch sehr ungewöhnlich in Österreich! Hat uns verärgert.
Am letzten Tag mussten wir sehr früh aufbrechen ohne Frühstück. Das wurde uns aber nicht aus der Rechnung herausgenommen, ist eben unser Pech.

Modernes Hotel im Stil einer Schule, keine Intimspäre durch offenes Badezimmer, weit von der Altstadt entfernt.

Modernes Hotel innerhalb der Universität

Cons:

Zu weit ausserhalb der Stadt. Architektonisch hat es den Charme einer Klinik. Badezimmer sind nicht abgetrennt, daher keine Intimspäre.
