Pros:

Grißes Zimmer. Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Terrasse erhalten, da in dem zuerst bezogenen Zimmer, die Klimaanlage nicht geregelt werden konnte.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar, weshalb wir spät abends in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen durften.
Beim Frühstück eher Mensa-Atmosphäre und sehr laut.

Es war alles in allem in Ordnung, ich denke die negativen Punkte sind verbesserungsfähig aber nicht so gravierend, dass

Die Lage ist super für Termine auf dem Unicampus und auch für einen Spaziergang in die Altstadt optimal!

Das Frühstück im Hotel war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig!

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage hat eine maximale Höhe von 2 Metern, was es schwierig machen kann mit manchen Fahrzeugen zu parken, was bei uns der Fall - hier wäre eine Info hilfreich.

Die Vorhänge waren nicht wirklich abdunkelnd, was es unangenehm macht, wenn man bereits um 05:30 vom Sonnenlicht aufwacht.

Wir waren zu zweit auf Besuch im Hotel. Am Abend vor Schlafen gehen, wollten wir noch schnell duschen gehen. Als ich als zweiter das Wasser in der Dusche eingeschaltet habe, floß dieses nicht richtig ab und bereits nach wenigen Sekunden stand das Wasser bis auf den Boden vom Hotelzimmer! Als ich das bemerkte, schaltete ich natürlich sofort das Wasser ab und ging zur Rezeption, ich schilderte die Situation und bekam als Antwort: „Oh je schon wieder, vom Reinigungsteam ist Heute niemand mehr da“. Leider wurde uns nicht einmal ein neues Zimmer angeboten oder der „Wasserschaden“ besichtigt. Ich habe zur Sicherheit mit Fotos alles Dokumentiert um zu vermeiden, dass man mir etwas in Rechnung stellen kann… was gottseidank nicht passier ist!

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist leider auch sehr laut, egal auf welcher Stufe. Wir haben versucht in der Nacht im Schlafmodus einzuschlafen, was schlicht und einfach nicht möglich war… Für den Sommer sehr ungünstig.

Ein letzter negativer Punkt war das WC, bzw. der Fakt, dass das WC und Badezimmer nach oben hin komolett geöffnet sind. Also bekommt die eine Person die nicht auf den WC ist, alles mit! Und das Badezimmer genauso, dort gibt es nicht einmal eine Türe oder ähnliches. Auch hier wäre eine einfache und simple Info im Voraus genügend…

Flawless central stay with excellent service!
Pros:

Excellent and absolutely perfect stay! The hotel has a very central location, and parking was exceptionally easy and hassle-free. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was also perfect, offering a great and delicious variety. Highly recommended!
