Pros:

Killi and Paul couldn't have been more hospitable. They provided excellent service, breakfast was delicious, and Paul was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable in providing direction for activities and services. Paul clearly loves his job. We'll be back!

Worst owner ever.
Pros:

I booked and redeemed 4 nights, the manager said he never got the booking confirmation from Hotels.com

I contacted them only to be told the owner/manager wouldnt honour the booking because the price was wrong.

So at almost 6pm had to find another hotel and leave the premises.

The worst hotel I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of booking.

100% wouldnt advice booking here unless you have a backup plan.

Hohe Qualität und familiärer Service
Pros:

Wir haben unsere Skiferien sehr genossen und haben uns im W52 sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir waren v.a. beeindruckt von der hohen Qualität der Appartments sowie des Saunabereiches und der Freundlichkeit und der Fexibilität unserer Gastgeber*innen, Kilian und Michaela. Michaela hat uns jeden Wunsch ermöglicht und war sogar ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten des Bistros immer für uns da.
