Beside the unfortunate incident… we had a very wonderful time celebrating my 64th birthday

The location and staff

Cons:

The valet parking… me and granddaughter went to Whole Foods to get some snacks and on our way back to our hotel room we put a few candy bars under the arm rest… when we departed the hotel the next day we noticed that there were gone. But we didn’t make any fuss about it

Location was great, during our stay it snowed the whole time it was very nice to have access to many food options without having to leave and go outside.

Pros:

The room was extremely clean and spacious, the bed was really we loved the lake view, the lobby was very neat.
There was a problem with the Air duct it was really noisy but the staff was very attentive and they solved the problem really quick.

Cons:

The only complaint is that we were unable to connect to WiFi

The view pays for everything
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was very good and everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the food at both restaurants and the view from our room was definitely the best.
