A splendid hotel.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et des prestations de grande qualité
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel.

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, gentil et professionnel. J’ai eu le plaisir d’être surclassée dans une somptueuse suite royale, dotée d’une immense terrasse et d’un jacuzzi. La vue panoramique sur la mer est tout simplement sublime et offre un cadre exceptionnel. Une délicate attention que j’ai particulièrement appréciée et qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus mémorable.
L’ensemble du personnel est très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute. La nourriture est variée et délicieuse, les chambres sont impeccablement propres, et la piscine avec sa vue imprenable sur la mer est absolument magnifique.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! J’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Lovely hotel on idillic beach
Pros:

Gorgeous location and great facilities. We used the gym every day and made the most of the onsite ice cream bar! Rooms were decorated well. Staff were very polite and lovely. We had some issues with noise near our room - the staff an were very accommodating and kindly moved us to a quieter spot.

Cons:

Music was too loud around pool and communal spaces. The daily DJ didn’t match the vibe or volume of the guests - adults reading and relaxing. They would do better to remove DJ. Sunday at 11am the DJ was playing a trance remix of Pink Floyd’s another brick in the wall, while aqua aerobics were blaring Mamma Mia nearby. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Excellent facilities but the service are worser than any lower tiered hotel or Airbnb I’ve been to.
Pros:

5 star location, 5 star facilities, 5 star breakfast

Cons:

5 star price for 1 star service (with the exception of the parking valet). Some facts: we needed to use the scale in our room, but it was out of battery. We called for someone to help, she did come quite quick with a battery replacement but it was not the correct one or the scale itself was broken. She said she will come back with a new scale - we waited until the next day and no one ever came…. Not sure where she went but probably went to manufacture a new scale. The check in was also a pain and an exemplar of keeping your client in the dark, we wanted to check in early and was directed to set at a table, free drinks were provided but no details were given about how long we were supposed to wait. We wait there for half and hour and decided to ask - the front desk look mesmerized as if it was a strange question to ask and told us “it will be quick,” we asked “how long then?,” they said “one more hour…”. I don’t know if the front desk assumed we had nothing to do but we reiterated that we have afternoon plans and don’t want to sit here doing nothing. We would have appreciated if they can be straightforward and told us the expectation so we can go on with our day. We have never experienced service like this before, else we go they are always transparent with the time The house keeping also didn’t clean the room until we called and asked them to… the staff should be better trained and take ownership of their responsibilities, more importantly they should understand what being in the service industry entails. The only crew that was actually doing the level of work I expected of a hotel this level was the valet crew - kuddos to them for their service and protectiveness.
