Pros:

Location was great, they have their part of the beach.

Cons:

Mattress was too soft and due to that I had a strong pain in my back. Guests are mostly above 55+. It is very quiet in the hotel, so for younger population could be little bit boring.

Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel.

It exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spotless, the staff went above and beyond (thank you, Natalia!), and the beach beds were incredibly comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was a dream, with so many delicious options to choose from.

When it was time to leave, we found ourselves wishing we could stay just a little longer. The entire experience felt effortless and comforting... like waking up in paradise every day. I would return in a heartbeat.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. Got upgraded to a sea view balcony suite and had the most amazing experience from start to end. Service from all staff is exceptional. The food at every restaurant is 10/10. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely be returning.

Ein ungeschliffener Diamant, aus dem man viel mehr machen könnte.
Pros:

Die direkte Strandlage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die gesamte Außenanlage einschl. Pool. Die renovierten Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Kellner im Poolbereich schaffen es einen den ganzen Tag zu ignorieren. Wir mussten jedes Mal selbst zur Bar gehen, um etwas zu bestellen, bei den hohen Preisen für Getränke ein NoGo. Die Pizzen an der Snackbar sind lauwarm und schmecken nicht. Der Geruch im Bereich des Fitnessraums ist extrem muffig und es ist sicher nicht gesund, in dieser Umgebung zu trainieren. Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer hatte Schimmel an den Innenrändern. Das Bad ist extrem klein für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Durch den muffligen Geruch mochte man sich auch gar nicht lange dort aufhalten. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab. Auch hier roch es schimmelig. Die Gläser im Zimmer waren nicht richtig sauber, lauter Schlieren. Wir haben uns immer saubere Gläser in der Bar geben lassen und diese mit aufs Zimmer genommen. Das Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant war fast kalt und es hat uns auch nicht geschmeckt. Obwohl viele Tische beim Frühstück frei waren, schaffte es das Personal nicht, die Gäste zügig zu einem freien Tische zu geleiten. Die Wartezeit auf einen Cappuccino beim Frühstück war extrem lang. Was hervorragend klappt ist die Frage nach der Zimmernummer, man hat noch nicht den ersten Bissen gegessen, da wird schon die Rechnung auf den Tisch gelegt. Der Standard entspricht weitaus eher einer 4* Klassifizierung.

מתוך 3 לילות פעמיים לא שמו לנו בכלל מגבות, היינו צריכים לבקש.
יש בריכה עם מוזיקה אך אין מספיק מיטות, ביקשנו מהצוות להביא מיטות שנמצאות במרחק 10 מטר מהבריכה, לא הסכימו ואמרו לנו לחפש מיטות פנויות בבריכה אחרת…

שירות מעולה מכל הצוות וגם נתנו לנו המלצות למסעדות/טברנות שהיו טובות באיזור המלון
בהגעה עד קבלת החדר קבלנו משקה welcome בבר
בריכות נעימות עם הרבה מיטות וגם בים.
שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם יציאה לבריכה
יש גישה לחוף של המלון עם מלצרים שאפשר להזמין שתיה/גלידה.
היה יוגה בבוקר ופעילויות נוספות.
יש בקבוקי מים שמחדשים כל יום
מכןנת קפה
בהגעה היה בחדר יין פירות ,תמרים ,עוגיות ועוד חטיפים ללא תשלום
וגם חגגנו יומולדת אז הביאו שמפניה במעמד עם קרי ועוגת יומולדת בינונית .
