Séjour idéal détente farniente plage dans un cadre exceptionnel
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de Chania, très bel hôtel avec plusieurs piscines et accès direct sur la plage de sable et mer cristalline. Le vaste choix du buffet petit déjeuner, l’excellente cuisine des restaurants, le personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Peut-être prévoir un système pour que les portes des chambres ne claquent pas en se refermant.

Le lieu chic et sobre, les buffets de qualité du petit déjeuner et du dîner, les équipements dans les espaces communs (piscines, une VRAIE salle de sport, spa) et dans les chambres, le personnel très impliqué aimable disponible et chaleureux, les espaces de détente, les animations, en bref tout ou presque

Les toilettes non séparées des salles de bain dans les chambres de luxe avec vue sur mer L’absence de vestiaire dans la salle de sport ou/et dans la piscine, l’absence de parking qui n’est pas un problème en basse saison car il est possible de se garer facilement dans la rue mais qui peut le devenir en haute saison

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a junior suite with a pool and ocean view. The pool and beach area was very nice. They also had daily activities for the guests that were free. The breakfast was very nice. The location wasn’t far from old town or new town so there was lots to do.

Cons:

The swimming pool wasn’t heated and was too cold to use.

Great location, far enough away from town to not be crowded or busy, yet the bus to Chania old town is literally outside

Samlet set et rigtigt fint ophold, på et luksuriøst hotel med god beliggenhed.
Pros:

Ligger perfekt lige til stranden. Dejlige liggestole overalt. Maden er super, dog lidt dyrt. Man kan gå til Chania hvis man er klar på en ca 4,5 km gåtur langs kysten. Rigtig fin tur. Fine pools og go plads også på stranden.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var kaos efter kl 09. Skulle stå i kø for at få en plads. Personalet kunne ikke nå rundt med kaffe, som skulle serveres, og den var ikke speciel go.

Pas au niveau
Pros:

Jolie plage et chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. Personnel très chaleureux et serviable à l’accueil.

Cons:

Musique autour de la piscine et au bar trop forte toute la journée et jusqu’à tard le soir. On entendait depuis la chambre même avec les fenêtres fermées. Le spa n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. File de 30min le matin pour accéder au petit déjeuner. Pas de service boisson ou déplacer les transats sur la plage. Un jour notre chambre n’a pas été faite.

Les installations extérieurs, la chambre avec vu sur le lagon et l’accès direct à la plage

Cons:

Manque de propreté, nous avions de l’eau dans notre chambre à notre arrivé le nécessaire n’a pas été effectué, le personnel n’est pas accueillant et ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, rapport qualité prix très moyen, l’organisation du petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Des chambres sont en travaux cela engendre beaucoup de saleté

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was great. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
It's pretty close to Chania by car and a good location to explore the west of Crete from.
Good breakfast with great variety.
I tried the Greek and Asian restaurants and they were very good.
The gym was spacious and pretty well equipped, the only thing missing was a rack for the barbell (but you have a smith machine so you can manage)
Overall a very good experience.

Cons:

It's a bit nitpicking but for that price id expect a bit more from the experience - for example more care products in the room like lotion etc, a welcome sheet with all the info (wifi password, meal times etc), maybe with a map of the resort with all the different locations.

There was no Omelette station in the breakfast restaurant which I found surprising.
The breakfast queue can get pretty long after 9 am and you can stand for a long time in the sun,
So I suggest to shade the walkway path to the restaurant.

It's the small things that will make the experience from a 9 to a 10. But still a very good and recommanded resort!

Scandaleux ne donne pas les chambres réservées

La vue sur la mer

J’ai commandé deux nuits dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer et jacuzzi. Le premier soir nous nous nous avons pas eu notre chambre. Soi-disant que la chambre avec jacuzzi était en travaux et désuette. Ils nous proposent un surclassement que nous refusons. Malheureusement, ils ne nous ont pas laissé le choix !!! Nous avons atterri dans une chambre avec vue sur piscine à l’ombre, odeur de moisie, pas de vmc, très humide. Le lendemain, l’employé Emna nous a dit la vérité : la chambre avec jacuzzi était déjà louée. Attention!!! Ils vendent des chambres indisponibles !!. en faisant le forcing, nous avons quand même réussi à intégrer cette fameuse chambre, mais en ayant perdu beaucoup de temps, beaucoup parlementé, aucun geste, commercial n’a été consenti. Nous souhaitions juste intégrer la chambre pour laquelle nous avions payé. Faites très attention, ils ne sont pas du tout commerçant.

Fila tutti i giorni per la 1. collazione.


La mia stanza non é stata sistemata tutta la giornata del 2. giorno del soggiorno. Ho scritta una EM al Manager del hotel. il giorno dopo la stanza era sistemata presto in mattinata.

Pros:

Brand new resort (completely renovated)! The pools, restaurants are stunning !! The team is very friendly and do their best to welcome us in a warm way! Great breakfast and the best barista in he hotel cafe shop

Cons:

There is still renovation going in the hotel so the noise in the morning isn’t pleasant, same for the cleaning of the public areas isn’t on spot. Some of the team is efficient while the others are still getting there. Room cleaning isn’t on the right level of the hotel.
