Pros:

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άριστη , περάσαμε τέλεια! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, πολύ ήσυχο, ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την αναβάθμιση του δωματίου. Η Χρύσα στην υποδοχή ευγενική και πρόθυμη όπως και τα κορίτσια στο πρόγευμα. Το πρόγευμα εξαιρετικό . Θα θέλαμε λίγο περισσότερες απλές επιλογές στο μεσημεριανό, ώστε να καλύπτονται και πιο ελαφριές διατροφές.
Όχι πολύ μακριά από την πόλη 15-20 λεπτά με ταξί, υπάρχει και στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς απέναντι . Τέλος η παραλία από τις πιο όμορφες ,ήσυχη με ολοκάθαρα νερά και αναπαυτικά κρεβατάκια.

Faultless
Pros:

The hotel was faultless. We couldn't pick just one thing we liked. Every thing was perfect. The attention to detail was immense.

Vi opplevde fantastisk mat, kongelig service og perfekte forhold i mai - kommer definitivt tilbake!
Pros:

Alle måltider var helt fantastiske, til og med buffeten. De ansatte gav service man kan forvente av et 5-stjerners hotell, og vi følte oss som kongelige fra vi satt foten på området. Å være der i mai betydde god plass rundt bassenget og på stranden, og vi kommer garantert tilbake neste år!

Cons:

Sengen var kanskje litt hard, men dette er personlig preferanse. Det ble tett i sluket i dusjen, og det tok kanskje litt lang tid å få dette ordnet. Men dette er ikke store minuser og det dro ikke ned totalopplevelsen vår.

Superbe hôtel grandes prestations
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et les équipements de grande qualité. Nous avons eu la chance d’y séjourner en octobre, avec peu de monde. Du coup la plage, les piscines, les restaurants étaient quasi à nous ! Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner hors norme. Et le personnel aux petits soins

Peut être que l’impression est differente a la haute saison ? Mais pour nous, tout était parfait

A fantastic holiday here!
Pros:

We arrived at this hotel which is just short a short journey from Chania airport. We were greated by very friendly staff as well as a lovely welcome drink. We were very happy to be given a room upgrade too. (thankyou, this made a huge difference to our stay!)

The room was fantastic, very modern with a lovely view over the pool and sea along with access to a shared private pool too. The room was cleaned, maintained and provided with fresh towels twice a day, as well as a supply of fresh bottled water each day too. The room was spotless, very well maintained and the bed was huge and very comfy too. The evening turn down service is a lovely touch.

We only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, however the breakfast was exceptional with a massive range of different freshly prepared foods available. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets i've ever had.

The bar areas around the hotel served a great range of drinks with some very nice cocktails too.

The beach front has loads of comfy loungers, as well as plenty around the pool areas too, you wont be short of choice here for seating and loungers. The beach area is very clean and well looked after and the pool areas were also spotless and very well maintained and cleaned each day.

There's also a bus stop directly outside the hotel if you wish to take the short journey on public transport into the town of Chania.

I'd really recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in the Chania area of Crete.

Cons:

The prices for food and drinks at the bars and cafe areas is fairly expensive here which meant we didn't get as much as we would have liked to.

We stayed in October and although the weather was still really warm (27c), the pools were all really really cold which meant that they were almost unusable. (The sea was actually warmer). This might not be a problem in the height of summer, but it was disappointing to not be able to make more use of those great facilities. There's also an inside pool in the spa area, this wasn't very appealing to use and was also cold water as well.
