HORRIBLE STAY AND STAFF COULDN'T CARE LESS
Pros:

Breakfast was good and at least one member of staff tried to help

Cons:

Couldn't find the reservation
Night staff was NOT helpful
NEVER cleaned the despite their own policy of how many nights we stayed
TV did not work, bedside lights did not work and despite our requests these were NEVER fixed
Kids ran around without parents - playing games in the elevators and tieing them up

Most comfortable hotel bed ive ever slept in, blankets and pillows smelled like they were just washed, bathroom was immaculate, room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was delicious and I love the later breakfast time compared to others. Overall stay was perfect and I will return anytime im in need of a stay in the area

I booked for 4 days, but had to leave the next day because of a family emergency. Please refund for the other 3 days.

Could have been perfect but fell totally flat.

The property was great. Staff at check in wonderful.

Cons:

I explained to check-in staff we were there because my husband was having surgery early the next day. I asked for a quiet room. We were in room 313 above the outside patio. Unfortunately a party of young people partied loudly until after 1am. At midnight I had to call down to the desk to complain. I thought Marriott took better pride in making sure every guest had a good experience and a restful night. The couple helping support us but were in a different room same floor also heard the noise. It was obvious the staff on not duty were not paying attention or did not care. !!!!

If you think this hotel will be a good place to stay before surgery ( we were not the only ones checking in having surgery the next day) please take note.

Staff seem irritated that you are there to check in and stay at the hotel
Pros:

Front desk worker seemed irritated that customers were there to check in. Not very good for someone in a customer service position.
