Improve the quietness
Cons:

I feel like the place was not a quiet place to rest. It was very loud people running up and down the halls and talking and the person across from me had their TV so loud you couldn’t sleep the beds weren’t that great

We booked during a local power outage so we could take care of a five month old. We'd been without power for 22 hours. Our power came back before our check in and the staff denied us a refund even though the room went unused.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. We had to book unexpectedly, and even at 9:00 at night they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and great service really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!

HORRIBLE STAY AND STAFF COULDN'T CARE LESS
Pros:

Breakfast was good and at least one member of staff tried to help

Cons:

Couldn't find the reservation
Night staff was NOT helpful
NEVER cleaned the despite their own policy of how many nights we stayed
TV did not work, bedside lights did not work and despite our requests these were NEVER fixed
Kids ran around without parents - playing games in the elevators and tieing them up

Pros:

Most comfortable hotel bed ive ever slept in, blankets and pillows smelled like they were just washed, bathroom was immaculate, room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was delicious and I love the later breakfast time compared to others. Overall stay was perfect and I will return anytime im in need of a stay in the area
