Nothing
Everything!
Pillows. That was the first time I used memory foam pillows. Very uncomfortable for both me, and my husband. I would give guests a choice between these and more traditional pillows, or I would make the traditional pillows available by request.
Located in old scottsdale
Clean new friendly staff
地理位置优越
热水不足,淋浴间热水要打开十几分钟才有,这在冬天来了说非常难受。隔音效果非常差'隔离房间说话都听到。
The room was better than it looked online, so was very pleased. The view from our window was not good at all.
I was a bit shocked that there wasn’t any tea bags in our room. Went to reception to ask for tea bags, which friendly lady said to ask at the bar/dining area. To cut along story short, we were charged 9 dollars for 2 tea bags. Went back to reception lady and told her I wasn’t happy and wanted the 9 dollars taken off the bill. I told her we have never been charged for tea bags before and we’ve been to lots of different grade hotels. She said it wasn’t their policy to provide to provide tea bags, but she was still polite, until another staff member next to her piped up and was obvious to me she was getting frustrated with me and spoke quite stern to me. Never have we experienced rude staff or not had tea bags put in our room in either the cost of the room. We did get 3 free tea bags brought to our room after, but next day went and bought my own tea bags. Wouldn’t stay here again because of that 1 rude staff member and no tea bags in with price.
One staff member and no tea bags, unless you pay for them.
Staff was helpful and food was delicious. Roof top service was great.
Location was the only good thing if you need to be somewhere between Scottsdale and Phoenix and if you like tourist kitsch.
The room and bathroom were spacious.
Least awful experience in the hotel:
30 minute wait to be seated for breakfast. Poached eggs had shells in them I had to spit it out. Then they challenged me on it, they said “We don't see any shells” Well, I order a breakfast to eat, not put in my mouth bite down on sandy and crunchy eggs and spit them out.
Worse than the breakfast was the chair in the room, it had a huge stain right where if someone was lying down and peed or worse.
The bed had no mattress protector, the sheet was too small and came loose each night and black dots were on the mattress. They only have a duvet inside two sheets, not an enclosed cover, so when I woke frequently in the night, I realized only the duvet was on me. Do they wash this duvet after every single person in the room? In my research I have discovered that they do not. Perhaps this is a housekeeping time saving choice by the hotel, but it was very unhygienic..
The pillows were cheap and lumpy.
The rooftop that was a selling point to me, had club music all day, was dirty, and lazy staff, even asking for a reservation was a hassle to them. They said it will be fine tonight. You don’t need a reservation and I responded that I would like to reserve a specific table and be sure that when I bring my 90-year-old parents, they will be able to sit in the place that is best for them. Response was a roll of the eyes and a sharp “Fine.” I ended up going to a different place, I wasn’t going to pay for rude and skanky servers.
The location is very good, very modern and clean
