Everything was just perfect! Highly recommend this hotel! Good location and friendly staff!
Fabulous resort in Old Town! The location was perfect and so close to Main Street I was able to get out and walk every chance I could while I was in business meetings all day. The guest rooms were roomy, clean and cozy. The roof top bar / pool area has a fantastic view of the town and mountains. Just beautiful! Close under 30 minutes drive from PHX Airport. I would recommend this place for business meetings and personal travel. The food in the cafe was excellent!
My husband and I spent Memorial Day weekend here and we loved our time! The entire property is beautiful and very clean. There are bikes that you can use, but great stores and restaurants are within a short walk! We did a quick walk to Walgreens to get some essentials for our stay and enjoyed exploring the area in Old Town in the evenings.
The staff is helpful and attentive. We found our room was well appointed and especially enjoyed the Nespresso Machine. The housekeeping staff were quick to help with any needs and were always serving with a kind smile. The ice machine and water machine for each floor was such a nice touch. Not your average ice machine. The lobby restaurant and bar had excellent food for dinner. We loved it so much we chose to eat there 2 of our 4 night stay. Don't miss out on ordering the sourdough bread! The Friday night music in the lobby area did not disappoint, either. Our favorite spot was the rooftop pool area which we used each day. Be prepared to get up just after pool opening at 8am to get chairs if you want a spot early. The chairs are very comfortable and we loved the built in side tables. The towels were soft and always stocked and we appreciated the water filling station. Morgan was an exceptional poolside waitress who was not only attentive but also friendly. She served with great care. We found the food at the rooftop bar great for lunch, too! If looking for a spot to stay in Old Town, we highly recommend Canopy By Hilton!
The staff was amazing and the hotel is in the best spot and walking distance to main attractions.
I researched reviews of the hotels in the area and took a chance on this one. First I want to say our rooms were cleaned above and beyond when we came back in the evening. Carmen the housekeeper and her staff were always friendly and professional. This line of work doesn’t get enough credit when you stay at a hotel away from home
Gracias.
Alex the desk clerk at night assisted me with an issue that came up and he was very professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Aren and Ryan also assisted up when looking for recommendations of places to visit. Overall we were happy with the staff and how friendly they were to us.
The rooms were nice and the lounge up top was awesome. The swimming pool had towels and and night the views were amazing. We walked to the center of town and all the shops around the area.
The reason we also enjoyed the place, no loud noise like the other hotels near the center of town
We visited AZ to see our 20th baseball game / stadium. We are chasing 30 stadiums and this one in the list. I recommend walking around seeing what they have to offer. The church was nice, market square on Sat had fresh fruit and there were vendors selling items. The Love statue was nice along with the park. We took an uber to the desert garden and the mall which were all nice. There is also a brewery which has a great IPA. The food spot down the street had the best breakfast I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit the area.
The staff at the front desk! Pool.
Too crowded at night. Wine selection is poor.
Great location beautiful rooms and facilities
The common spaces were beautiful and the rooms were nice.
During the evening the pool was full of people and definitely didn’t feel family friendly. My 10 year old son didn’t want to swim when we got there. The pool area also wasn’t cleaned while we were there so left over towels and drinks/food made it impossible to tell which lounge chairs were available for us. The bedrooms didn’t have all the blankets on the beds like the picture. I struggle with hotels and their thin blankets. The water in the showers would not get us clean. I think they have very soft water and low water pressure. We also were not told as check in that parking would be $25.
Great well-designed room. Brilliant addition of a sliding door separating the bedroom from the hallway & bathroom. This helped keep any hallway noise from bothering us at night and provided more privacy for someone in the bathroom. Walkable to everything in Old Town, comfortable bed and very nice lobby & hallways marks this as a well-maintained and wonderful hotel for a visit to Old Town Scottsdale.
Very Clean. Great location. Large room.
Pillows!
downtown location
attached restaurant was very good
Happy Hour on rooftop was not offered the night we were there . Party venue block prime outdoor seating space making it limited
I had a wonderful stay here during the first week of March, and I want to recognize the outstanding service I experienced throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel genuinely welcome, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless.
A special thank you to Ivana at the Front Desk, along with Travis, Jake, Bri, and Preston in the restaurant. Each of them exemplified professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Whether it was assistance at check-in, friendly interactions throughout the property, or excellent service while dining, their hospitality truly stood out.
It’s clear that the management team has built a culture focused on guest experience, and it absolutely shows. I left feeling well cared for and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service.
I look forward to returning!
Nice hotel in an excellent location. It is an easy walk to all Scottsdale venues including the baseball stadium
The hotel lacks any quiet spaces to relax, read or have a quiet conversation. The lobby and cafe are open and noisy. The 7th floor outdoor patio is very nice, but even at 9 am the staff play music much too loud to enjoy the morning.
Hotel is rated 4 stars but is actually a solid 3 stars.
Every employee we came across was very nice and helpful, whether it was front desk or the restaurant. The lobby is beautiful and spacious.
The only drawback is their rooms. They smell musty, probably due to lack of open windows, so ventilation is limited to when the AC is running.
Moreover, the mattresses are too small for the bed frame. The result is that the corners stick out and my wife accidentally bumped her shins a few times and needed first aid. The corners have plastic covers but they are not enough. Another review mentioned this a few years ago, so management is aware, but the cost is probably too high to replace all the bedframes. There is little room between the front of the bed and the wall, so bumping in is inevitable.
