住宿設備較新、停車方便

服務品質優良、住宿設備新

Cons:

晚點心及早餐供應品項偏少，與高雄康橋七賢館相比有明顯落差，有些可惜。自助洗衣設備需出飯店大門右轉走騎樓才能到達，有些不便。

Pros:

先前基本上都是住宿高雄七賢店，本次住宿台南康橋感覺差太多，房間品質住宿及費用性價比與停車場皆相差甚遠，康橋相關飯店電車充電住宿人員皆為免費使用，現今卻5kw慢充收費如同超充站，全無CP值
