Cons:

第一次遇到飯店的打掃時間，是在還入住的時間，還是續住房，打掃人員不是先按鈴輕敲，而是按鈴又超級大力敲打房門，力道大到我們驚醒，完全不敢開門，老公隔著房門大聲問對方要幹嘛？對方才說出要打掃!! 完全生平第一次入住飯店遇到這種狀況。以往住宿，飯店通常會在房客退房後(單晚)，或者提前確認可以打掃的時間(續住)，也從不可能會如此大力且連續的拍打房客房門。

Pros:

房間很乾淨隔音很好，小孩長輩都很滿意。
可惜太晚訂沒訂到理想的浴缸家庭房，若有機會會再是入住名單內。

Cons:

可能忙碌的關係辦理入住某位女性工作人員給人感覺不是很好，雖然專業但因為問了一些問題感覺有點不耐煩，但也有可能天生臉臭。
不過這都不影響住宿體驗，辛苦櫃檯人員了。

三溫暖雖小但會控制人數
早餐好吃有雞肉飯、嘉義涼麵、味噌湯、很多蛋系列（水煮蛋、炒蛋、荷包蛋）、伯爵蛋糕好吃

Cons:

應該是可以改進：三溫暖鞋櫃應放置在門口處。女生那邊到吹風機有一個吹風頭一直掉下來。
