Pros:

Locatie is goed, dicht bij vele gezellige straatjes van Athene. Kamer was heel proper maar niet heel groot. Ik miste wat extra kastruimte om mijn kleren op te bergen. De badkamer was ook proper met een goede douche.

Cons:

Er is heel veel lawaai rondom rond het hotel, de buren spelen luide muziek tot laat in de avond. Tijdens ons verblijf (3 nachten) ging er elke nacht/ochtend ergens een brandalarm af. Kleine kamer met een heel kleine badkamer. Koelkast koelde niet optimaal.

Pros:

Die Lage im angesagten Stadtteil Psirri ist echt super.
Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einige Ecken im Zimmer waren zum Teil abgewohnt. Aber sonst hat alles gepasst.

cerca del corazón del distrito Psyri, muy vibrante y lleno de gente y bares y restaurantes
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y relación calidad-precio de la habitación. Bares, restaurantes y cafeterías de todo tipo muy cerca. Plaza Monastiraki cerca, con metro directo al aeropuerto. Cerca del corazón del distrito Psyri y muy cerca de distrito de Plaka. Muy cerca de Ágora y monumento Filipapos. Fantástico en todos estos sentidos. Muchísima fiesta y bares y gente en el distrito Psyri. Bueno si buscas salir por la noche.

Muchísima fiesta y bares y gente en el distrito Psyri. Malo si buscas descansar y dormir profundamente por la noche, porque, aunque el hotel no está en medio de las zonas más concurridas, pasa bastante gente y coches al lado y hay bastante ruido.

Peaceful Retreat In The City

We have stayed at the hotel several times. It's one of our go to places when visiting Athens. Perfect location and we love the peace & quiet the hotel offers in this busy part of town. All of the staff are always super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Definitely will be back!

ATTENZIONE A SCEGLIERE LA STANZA!
Pros:

Ci sono piaciuti la posizione, fantastica rispetto a tutti i punti di interesse, e l'addetto alla reception, ragazzo gentilissimo e super disponibile. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa. In stanza c'è il necessario per preparare caffè e tè. Abbastanza pulita. Letto comodo. Pulizia quotidiana.

Cons:

FATE ATTENZIONE QUANDO SCEGLIETE LA STANZA. La struttura avrà indubbiamente stanze migliori rispetto a quella che abbiamo preso noi, cosa che giustifica un punteggio così elevato.

LA STANZA PIANO STRADA è quella che abbiamo scelto e non ci aspettavamo fosse così terribile dato il punteggio della struttura e le recensioni tutte positive.

La cosa più assurda è che lo sanno: al nostro arrivo, prima ancora che entrassimo in stanza, ci è stato detto, cito testualmente: "la vostra stanza è rumorosa, si sentono i rumori di strada e ad alcuni ospiti dà fastidio. Se volete, per 20€ a notte possiamo farvi un upgrade". Insomma, sanno che è invivibile, ma se avessi voluto spendere 60€ in più probabilmente avrei considerato altre strutture. L'ho quasi percepito come un ricatto.

Andiamo in ordine:
1. È una stanza senza finestre, ci sono solo due finestroni in alto. Si possono alzare e abbassare tende per la luce ma ovviamente far arieggiare la stanza è impossibile. Sembra di stare in un seminterrato.
2. Le pareti sembrano di carta. L'altra sarà insonorizzata, ma nella nostra sembrava di stare per strada. sentivamo TUTTO! Dal ritiro della spazzatura all'alba ai brindisi fino a tardi.
3. L'acqua calda fa grande difficoltà ad uscire, c'è qualche problema strutturale. Una sera non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. L'indomani abbiamo contattato la struttura e hanno risolto.
4. Non ci è stato possibile utilizzare l'aria condizionata perché non si accendeva. Anche in questo caso l'addetto alla reception ha risolto il problema, sta di fatto che però c'è qualche problema strutturale.

Insomma, per i punti 3 e 4, se come noi vi trovate in struttura negli orari in cui la reception è impresenziata (la reception non è presenziata h24!) e nessuno può aiutarvi, vi trovate a farvi la doccia fredda e senza aria condizionata.

Pros:

Maria was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in two different rooms: the one in the other building was quite noisy in the evening, while the room near the reception was much quieter and more comfortable. The location is very central, although at night the area can feel a little less safe. Overall, everything was fine and we had a good experience, thanks especially to Maria’s great hospitality.

Nice, tidy room if you want to stay for 1–2 nights for some work — not really for anything longer.

It was on the ground floor, and the area didn’t feel particularly safe to walk back alone after dark.
