There is no reception at the hotel, which I only discovered after making the reservation.The check-in process is completed online using an access code.Only a few hours each day, there is a friendly staff member on-site who manages the property, but his availability is limited.
Customer service is available only via WhatsApp or by phone with staff based in Spain, and responses are not always immediate.
When the room access code didn't work, I was locked out of my room for nearly 40 minutes with no way to get in.
There is also no luggage storage available, even for a short period of time, which is a basic service that any accommodation should provide.
We arrived about 30 minutes after the official check-in time, but our room was still not ready, and the housekeeping staff had only just started cleaning it.
Overall, our stay was quite disappointing.
The photos make the property look much better than it actually is. The hotel would benefit from much better maintenance and higher standards of cleanliness.

It wasn't very clean. The floor and surfaces has a layer of dust. The street was noisy, earplugs were provided but it still woke me up early as the bins were emptied outside with all the glass clanking. You could hear people talking late into night.

Habitación 9 no apta para 4 adultos de 60 años : sofá cama para niños, colchones incómodos y de mala calidad. Las ventanas dan a paredes, techos sucios de excremento de palomas y escombros. Poca ventilación natural. Se reclamaron insumos de aseo y otros. Heladera muy pequeña y sin capacidad para refrescar bebidas o conservar alimentos para 4 personas.

The worst part was the disgusting smell in the place but especially the bathroom, and the next worst part was the hidden costs, unhelpful staff and terrible check in process. There was misleading information making it seem like the airport transfer was included, it wasn’t. It wasn’t in a nice street at all and it was very noisy inside, and the blinds up the top don’t block out the light properly. There were hidden costs, including an unusual damage fee of either €25 euro or €300 euro that you may get €290 back? And they didn’t accept our credit card. Then their website broke down and I was unable to complete the form to get check in information plus I was unable to reach them as I was supposed to be able to, as detailed in their emails. I asked to store my bags any earlier - flat no or I could for additional the cost of the room or more! I asked for help and to talk to a real person but the phone number provided was not in service. To top it off another couple checking in asked us for help as the exact same thing had happened to them!

First of all, there is no reception desk; instead, you have to submit all your documents and personal details via an app. Then they send you a check-in link—which didn't work—so I spent the entire morning and afternoon messaging the agency, only for them to take three hours to reply each time. The problem is that they send a link for document submission, and once those are processed, they send a check-in link, but that link gets removed (perhaps by Booking.com for security reasons, or something similar). Instead of checking in at 3 PM, I didn't manage to get into the accommodation until 6 PM; two young women let me into the reception area, where I found an envelope with my room key on my own. The room was on the ground floor, and its so-called window faced a wall just 30 cm away, along with a series of pipes. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. They finally emailed me the access code at 7 PM. Extremely unprofessional. This type of accommodation deserves neither a rating nor the price charged.

הדבר השלילי היחיד היה זרם המים במקלחת שהיה חלש מאוד, כל השאר היה מצוין!
