Pros:

The shuttle to the airport was very convenient for dropping off and picking people up. The drivers were helpful and friendly. The bed and bedding was perfectly comfortable. The shower was devine, especially the pressure of the mist feature. Room had a refrigerator, that was convenient.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot. We had to turn on the cold air to make the room more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a little microwave.

I was happy with this hotel and its shuttle service for transitioning overnight through Boston.
Pros:

The shuttle service from Logan airport was efficient and the hotel was a fine place to spend a night in transit.

Cons:

I don’t have any criticisms, but I didn’t use the hotel for much more than a place to stay.

Pros:

We got stuck there in a blizzard and the employee were very kind and helpful and reassuring. They left out complimentary food and snacks for the day since we were stuck. And when we needed rides to drop off our cars at the airport and be driven to the airport it was no problem to take the shuttle. Very very convenient and nice. When the blizzard was over the front desk gave us suggestions on what to do for the day and how to take the trains and subways. Staff was amazing. And the beds were comfy.
