bien placé à la sortie du parc tayrona
Pros:

À 600m de l entrée de Zaino, endroit parfait pour se relaxer après une longue marche dans le parc Tayrona.
Accueil chaleureux, boisson de bienvenue, choix et bons plats au restaurant et petit déjeuner extra.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages la veille pour passer une nuit dans le parc à playa brava.

The location and the hotel itself are just amazing, a really great place to chill in the nature. The food in the restaurant is really good and tasty. Also special thanks to the staff who made the stay memorable, and were very professional, helpful and kind!

Superbe et vraiement joliment décoré ayant eu bcp de bruits du à des familles mal éduquées avec bcp d’enfants nous avons

Sa décoration superbe des parties communes et le personnel très sympa mis à part un jeune à l’accueil qui n’est pas du tout concerné et qui a fait pas mal d’erreurs de facturation et de briefing à l’arrivée mis à part cela c’était parfait et les autres du personnel étaient top .

Cons:

La communication pas toujours simple car pas d’infos à part un QR code sur les choses à faire autour et sur les infos de l’hôtel et le briefing à l’arrivée assez rapide et pas toujours complet .
( manque d’infos ce qui nous a valu de découvrir au cours des 4 jours des choses c’est dommage )

Les chambres sont un peu trop dépouillées manque une lumière douce manque un miroir en pied
Et pourraient fournir une bouteille d’eau .

Melhor alojamento em Tayrona
Pros:

Este hotel é o melhor em Tayrona, um verdadeiro oásis. Além de ser extremamente bonito, os funcionários são super simpáticos, sempre prontos a melhorar a nossa experiência e são uma grande ajuda para marcar atividades dentro e fora do hotel. O restaurante é muito bom, gostámos particularmente do ceviche e dos pratos com marisco. A zona da piscina é muito agradável, é muito fácil passar lá um dia inteiro (acompanhados de uma boa limonada de côco). O spa é extremamente relaxante, recomendo. Tem também uns arredores muito interessantes, com passeios a pé à beira-rio, um miradouro para o parque Tayrona e pode ainda usufruir do restaurante do hotel mesmo ao lado (Senda Watapuy). É um hotel muito completo, recomendo a toda a gente.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço podia ser um pouco mais flexível. Em alguns quartos ouve-se o som do rio durante a noite, mas para nós era relaxante.

Pros:

Tout était top !
Le personnel très gentil et attentifs à nos besoins parce que le parc Tayrona est fermé temporairement pour cause de conflits avec le gouvernement. Mais l’hôtel a tout fait pour qu’on passe un bon moment quand même et propose d’autres activités si besoin.

Pros:

Les petits déjeuners et le restaurant. La gentillesse du personnel. Le calme et en même temps la proximité avec le parc Tayrona, 3 min à pied de l'entrée ! Je recommande, c'est un vrai havre de paix. Nous avons même eu la visite de petits singes le 1er matin.

Cons:

La connexion internet etait parfois fragile mais il y a eu un gros orage donc je ne sais pas si cela explique le problème...
