ellos me cobraron el desayuno que estaba incluido, Se corto la electricidad en la habitacion , llegue tarde a mi reunion de trabajo fue pesimo !!!!!! no nos dieron ni una solucion . le escribi a la manager y la solucion qe me dio fue dejarme ir 2hs despues de la habitacion , nada mas!! pesimo pesimo, pagué carisimo por un servicio muy muy malo !

Cons:

nada me gusto , la habitacion estaba sin luz electrica , el desayuno era malo , la atencion del personal fue terrible nos sentimos muy muy mal !

Breakfast was an extra charge and I didn't think that was the way a Hilton should be

Cons:

I didn't like being forced to used valet parking and incur another charge on top of the hotel charge. There were no restaurants nearby and the items in the hotel store are slim
